This apartment block is perfectly located for you to stroll the city of Santiago at your convenience. Situated close to Tobalaba metro station, it offers unique possibilities to quickly travel to all of Santiago's must sees and mysterious secrets such as the central cemetery, museum of fine arts (Belles Artes) and the museum remembrance and civil rights all about what...

Stayed two night on way too cruise from Valparaíso, room was fine for three people and good value, but old and worn out, kitchen a health hazard wouldn't want to cook there. Good location for access to costaneva mall and hill park, gondela is a must do, easy walk away and clean and safe neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff, and...

Have stayed there 4 times. Very clean and neat hotel, great bargain for price. Staff is friendly and courteous. Location is excellent in top end neighborhood. Wonderful restaurants and bars just a few blocks away. Rooms are large and very spacious. WiFi can be spotty. Starbucks right across the street. Highly recommended.

Centrally located- biggest advantage. . Cotteous and helpful staff. Expensive. No change in menu of the breakfast- we had exactly the same meny for 6 days- monotonus. Wi fir connection erratic- we had to change rooms in hope of better connectivity. Space management in toilets is not good. It is diificult to sit on the WC.

Very convenient location - close to the metro, the mall, several supermarkets. Several bars and restaurants around. Not the most happening part of of town, more of a business district but quick metro ride to the main areas. I stayed here for 4 weeks and it was nice to have an apartment style place to stay- has a refrigerator, microwave,...

Spent four nights here. It is very safe. The staff are helpful and their English is good. One review said that they were mugged in the lobby. Don't believe that - I suspect that was a disgruntled customer. We had a two bedroomed apartment which was very nice. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and a huge supermarket. Will come back.

I was there with my family and we had the worst experience you could possible have in a hotel. 1. We got robbed from the lobby, hotel staff did not care, they let in anyone. 2. After this, we did not want to stay here, however they charged us one night to our credit card, they were rude and indifferent...

We stayed in a double bedroom apartment, for two nights. Second bedroom has minimum size and TV was not working (we didn't bother asking for a repair). Wifi is poor, to be benevolent. But if you need a long session on the Internet, there's a desktop beside the concierge with a decent service. Breakfast is served on the 17th floor...

What this hotel has going for it is the location, excellently located in a very quite and safe neighborhood, light traffic and very accessible. Walk a couple of blocks and you're on Apoquindo Avenue where there's a lot of restaurants and office buildings. Walk on the other direction and you can reach the Costanera Center which is a huge mall...
