A very sweet nice little hotel. The people could not have been nicer or more helpful in making our stay in Santiago a success. The hotel was an easy walk to most of what we wanted to see, plus there were cute restaurants right in the the neighborhood.

Staff very friendly, room excellent with comfortable bed and good bath/shower. Air conditioning in room. Safe and secure courtyard area perfect for early evening. Breakfast is good, honesty box snacks. Location good to reach main areas of city by walking, bus or metro.

Family Room (double and two single beds) was just what the family needed after a long flight down from the mid-Atlantic US complicated by a 6 hour delay in Miami. Friendly staff. Simple but adequate breakfast bar. Walkable to restaurants, drug store, etc. Reminded me of small family-run inns in Europe. Would return in a heartbeat.

This hotel was our first stop on a 2 week tour of Chile. It was lovely with wonderful staff, clean cozy rooms and a nice continental breakfast. The patio was lovely for breakfast and resting in the evening. I would definitely return.

Location: Good location in Providencia area of Santiago which is safe with lots of places to eat (except Sundays!) and close to the Metro. Hotel: Nice boutique style, eight rooms with a pleasant courtyard. Communal lounge area with books and films. Room: We stayed in room seven and this was the reason for the three star rating. The rooms are...

We had just spent a week in a room that was amazingly huge and had stunning views, so when we checked in here, we were a little shocked at the size of the room. However, that shock was quickly gone as the staff was absolutely amazing and all we really did in our room was sleep. In all honesty, the...

This is a delightfully decorated residence offering delicious breakfasts inside or outside in a courtyard filled with beautiful flowers. My room was small and plain but clean and comfortable with private bathroom. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Everyone was so welcoming and pleasantly helpful!

Fab staff, great hotel. We stayed here on a couples holiday and it more than met our expectations. We prefer small, personal hotels with friendly service and good sleep experience and this more than met our wishes. In addition the location was good for getting around - either on foot or by public transport and there are good local amenities.

Great hotel after a long flight! Perfect for our family of 4. Clean and bright. Off the beaten path so nice & quiet! Very comfy beds! Yummy breakfast. Cool decor! Warm hotel with it being winter! Helpful staff. Need to use metro or taxi as not much is walkable for tourist stops. Nice seafood restaurant across the street! Worth the...
