Wouldn’t let me get my water bottle in the middle of the night. Not very nice and seemed unnecessary. Unfriendly service and there’s steep prices on water, so didn’t wanna buy one from their reception.
Great stay at the hostel, great reception area and bar. Swimming pool and table tennis in the rear garden add to the atmosphere. Large kitchen which is easy to use. Overall a great stay in Santiago, would highly recommend
We stayed in a private room (with bathroom) for 2 nights during a quick layover in Santiago. Loved the atmosphere and architecture and the breakfast was huge! The staff were all helpful (particularly Nicholas) and were able to give good recommendations for food etc.
Location is great and the hostel is a great size. Rooms are big. Beds are relatively comfy but blankets provided are disgusting and obviously never washed . Decent bar with a good atmosphere at night. Staff were dreadful when we were there. Friendly but hadn't...More
The stuff was great, the hostel wasn't that bad but I was expecting better beds since I payed a lots of money aaand had a cold shower one morning wasn't pleasant.. can't say was a party hostel or not since July is not the busiest...More
