Me wife and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It has a really nice old style atmosphere at the lobby and the room design gets perfectly mixed with the city ambience. At least for us, the breakfast was included and it was very good. A varierty of cakes and old-style german pies, everything homemade. The location was great:...

The room we reserved a month in advance wasn't available because another guest decided to stay longer last minute. On our second day our room wasn't cleaned even though we left at 9am and returned at 8pm. Bathroom was old and dirty. Breakfast is very simple basically coffee or tea and toast.

Pros: great location - only 2 blocks to the town center, reasonable price, friendly and helpful desk staff, great restaurant. The bed was comfortable Cons: Relatively rustic. The room was smallish, but they did have two sturdy luggage stands and a desk. Nothing quite works - the doors to both the room and the bathroom stuck and needed to be...

Well, the location is convenient to restaurants, shops, bus stops. Hotel is just up a little hill from the main Plaza de Armas and waterfront (Costanera) walkway on Lago Llanquihue. (With a view, location would be 5-star.) We had five days of luxury at Casa Molino and needed a convenient hotel for the night before departure to Puerto Montt. In...

I spent nearly a week here last year and it was a great, and reasonably priced option. My room was clean and comfortable, as I was by the stairs there was a little bit of noise but nothing major. The staff were friendly, their English was great, which was fantastic as my Spanish is virtually non-existent and I would have...

Great location, just blocks from the water and the central part of town. The antique decor and history behind the building make it a truly unique experience. The rooms were not the most comfortable but were fine for a few nights. Only complaint is that the check out process took forever and we had to negotiate since they were trying...

This hotel was lovely. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed, and very clean. The bathroom was a good size with nice towels. The hotel itself is decorated with antiques so it was fun to look around at all the displays. Breakfast was wonderful- cereal, eggs, coffee cake, meat, cheese, bread, juices, coffee and tea. Wifi was free and easily accessed....

It's very close to the lake and to the city center. I really loved the service: staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us booking tours and gave us important recommendations and tips. It was worth for money!

A hotel with personality. I loved it during my stay and had luck to enjoy an amazing live concert of a band who were raying at the hotel during same time. Helpful staff and location which is just a short walk from the lake.

Clean, comfortable, basic lodging with great beds and lovely staff at the front desk. Breakfast buffet was adequate, not exciting. The one night I ate dinner there was very good. I would definitely stay again.
