Nicely furnished room, modern with high-end touches. Windows mostly keep out the barking of neighborhood dogs. Extensive buffet breakfast. Everyone speaks English. Very close to center of town. Very good choice, very good value.

Great hotel in easy walking distance to the center of Puerto Varas. Super helpful, competent, knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile to make your stay an excellent one! Convenient to a wide range of restaurants, as well as the marvelous costanera, harbor walk. Very quiet, peaceful and clean with an excellent breakfast. Looking forward to coming back!

I stayed here twice, at the beginning and at the end of an 8 day cycling trip. The first time I was in a room facing the parking area. I learned the downside to this is there is a loud barking dog that lives at the end of the street, not to mention the loud Ibis birds that started making noise at 5am. So the second visit I got a room facing the garden which was much quieter. The staff was very friendly and there was usually someone at the front desk who spoke some English. The breakfast buffet was incredible with the usual breakfast items (cereals, eggs, bacon, etc.) as well as various cakes and pastries. The bar area serves both drinks, appetizers, and dinner. Short but very steep walk to downtown area. We were able to store our bikes in a back room that they kept locked while we stayed there. I'm used to being charged for the room when I check out so doing so allows me to get rid of my foreign currency; however, here they charge you when you check in so not possible.

Arrived quite tired after long journey from Bariloche. Staff were very friendly and made us welcome. We had a junior suite with a view over the town, we couldn’t see the volcano from floor 4 but the mountains were covered in cloud so it didn’t matter! Only given 4 stars as the room was quite dated, the settee in the room was very soft making getting off it a challenge. There were no plug sockets by the bed and we only found one behind the settee after searching. We ate in the restaurant and had a very pleasant meal with very friendly staff.

We stayed here for two nights on a Natural Wonders of Chile holiday with Llama Travel. On arrival we received a warm welcome and were quickly checked into our room which was clean, comfortable & enormous. The room had a safe, hairdryer, toiletries, sofa, large TV and plenty of storage space but unfortunately no tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was fantastic with a range of hot food plus mashed avocado, cheese, meats, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries etc. I was very surprised to see Gluten free cakes and dairy free options. As a vegetarian I felt I had so much choice. The waiter also kindly filled our flask with hot water to which we added tea bags to compensate for the lack of facilities in our room. The hotel is in a great location a short walk to the lake and the museum. We took a public bus to Frutillar which was well worth a visit.

Though the hotel is located in a central place, rooms are clean and staff kind, compared to hotels in US/Europe/Gulf I would consider this a 3 star hotel. Rooms are basic, no iron nor hair dryer are provided. I stayed in a Junior Suite. There’s a short table which is not very comfortable to work on and the “business center” is one computer in the lobby. The breakfast is basic compared to other hotels in the country and does not provide solutions for vegans or lacto-sensitive guests (no non-dairy milk), only 1 kind of cereal (corn flex) and zero vegetables or salads. 2 non fresh juice and limited tea options.

Very calm, clean and comfortable. Convenient location, close to downtown and Plaza de Armas, main reference point. Very good buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, juices and cold cuts. Nice staff, I had to postpone my Cruce de Lagos for one day due to a rain forecast and they were very kind to extend my reservation.

We stayed here for two nights as our last stop in Chile before getting the lake crossing to Bariloche. Very happy with the hotel, staff and spacious room. Good breakfast selection and dining good too. Prices reasonable. Happy to recommend this place.

I really liked this hotel. I stayed here for three nights after a bicycling trip across Patagonia. The location of the hotel was great. Its close to the festive part of Puerto Varas, so easy to walk to the restaurants and shopping. The room was great and very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and invariably were very happy with our choice. Location is very convenient, rooms are good-sized, clean and in excellent condition. Dining facilities are very good, with a generous choice of reasonably priced food. Buffet breakfast also offers a wide variety. Off-season prices are very convenient, but of course in summer you pay commensurately with the very high demand for lodging in this area. Parking is usually not a problem, but in the high season we have had some difficulties. Upon insisting that we did not want to park on a street away from the hotel we were offered an enclosed space apparently reserved for hotel staff. Service is always friendly and helpful
