First, here's a Pucon Tip: All the city is full of agencies who offer the same attractions for about the same prices. The difference can be at length of the attraction so in some agencies you might get better value for your money - for example - another hour or two in a hot spring / ski resort for the...

For the price and the missing breakfast, this hostel is slightly too expensive. No cleaning in three nites, loud rumors from downstairs... But katy, the manager is very kind, speaks proper english and books you on good tours. Best supermarket around the corner!

We stayed in the private room with private bath which is actually a bedroom on the main floor between the kitchen and main area. To go to the private bathroom you have to go through the hallway so it isn't entirely private. Plus the walls are very thin so if you want to sleep or are a light sleeper that...

By far and away the best hostel we've stayed at in more than two months in Chile. The owner and all the staff were lovely, common areas were extremely cozy and inviting, the kitchen was very well-equipped and we were able to comfortably cook meals there, everything was kept spotlessly clean (whenever the shared bathroom started getting dirty it was...

The hostel has a nice atmosphere but on the Internet it's written that the breakfast is included and actually it's not... You have to pay 3500 pesos if you wanna have it and if you wanna take a shower after the check out it will cost you 3000 pesos!!! They have also a tour to the volcano and even if...

Stayed here for one night as a stop on our way to another destination. The 4 bed dorm we stayed in was quite cramped but the beds were comfortable. It was a little cold. Good kitchen facilities. A bit awkward cooking when owner is trying to cook food for her daughter. Friendly girl working here that was really helpful when...

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Fuego's room. Its a very nice room, i don't know about the others bedrooms, but this one is amazing. From the bed, you can see the Villa Rica Vulcano, and the bathroom is huge and clean. The other comuns areas at the hotel are very fine, there is a very helpful kitchen, a...

The hostess here was very nice, however our overall experience with the hostel was not good. The walls are paper thin and the hostess lives on site with a young baby, whose cries we heard all night. The common area is always full of people, which is great socially but frustrating in the middle of the night when you can...

Dear Rachel, Thank you for your feedback. As a family hostel, I am sorry to hear you were disturbed by my then very young baby daughter. I somewhat noticed your facial expression while she was playing with two Brazilian guest. Most passengers enjoy meeting her and choose a family hostel over a hotel do be in touch with locals and...

We stayed 3 nights at Elementos and loved it. We stayed in one of the cabin rooms which was big and comfy with a table and chairs and wardrobe and loads of room to spread out. We thought it was a bargain compared with value you get in most hostels. Sarina the owner is a kind of superwoman. She runs...

The hostel is not in the centre of the town but really close to two huge supermarkets and the station of TurBus. Furthermore, you can book tours to the most important sights (Vilaricca, hot springs, etc.) directly in the hostel itself. Thanks to its smaller size it has a very familiar atmosphere and is great to relax. Only downside is...
