The price gives the expectation of a high end hotel. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but it is a first class elegant and picturesque old hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with lovely views of the lake. It had a lovely feel to it and we thoroughly enjoyed or 2 day stay. The location was excellent, allowing us to do...

Stayed two nights after trip from Bariloche. Very friendly and welcoming staff, eager to make our stay memorable. All activities were included in our stay but I only wanted a short trek and partner only wanted to recuperate from travelling. Staff organised a short circuit trek, on magnificent day with great views of Volcano Osorno and Todos Los Santos Lago....

This lakeside hotel is just beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed at a cabin (cabaña) right at the lake shore, it was unforgettable. The Lago de todos los santos is memorable and the view of Volcán Osorno is just matchless. Totally recommend it.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve after our Cruce Andino trip from Bariloche. It's quite a new building, but old in style, with an enormous fireplace in the lounge, wide staircase and large rooms. Staff were friendly and keen to help. We had the special Christmas Eve dinner, turkey with red cabbage, which was excellent, and a decent carmenere. Our...

We stayed 2 nights at this charming old lodge. The age does not mean it is run down. In fact it is well maintained without things like televisions in the rooms etc. I regard this as part of the general experience of wilderness areas which we enjoy. However it does have wifi. The rooms are spacious with views of the...

This is a house straight out of a German fairy tale, right on a lake with a wonderful view of distant snow-capped, volcanic peaks. The interior is old-fashioned and cozy. Rooms are wood-panelled and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. If you're lucky, as we were, you can enjoy a generous welcome appetizer and pisco sour on arrival. Food is...

I stayed here in September 2015 on a work trip and had an awesome time. The lodge is beautiful and my room was pretty standard but comfortable. The views of the lake from the room are great, but get outside and explore the area to really enjoy the beauty. The lake, river and volcano are spectacular. Franz and all the...

While the hotel is very nice, and the service is excellent, the location is not the best. It is located at the end of the road and every day it is over-crowded with people, cars, and buses. It's like gridlock. It's also very dusty given the ash that is everywhere from the recent volcano eruption. Also, the hot water is...

The hotel is located right next to the lake and has stunning views. The service is good and the rooms are spacious. The food at the restaurant is also nice. For a hotel having a monopoly here it is outstanding. Don't expect too much from the pool. It's cold and not very special.
