We were allocated a small room at the rear with no challenging view. After a request from our side we got a much better room at the front with a view of the lake. The diner in the restaurant of the lodge was of a good quality as well as the breakfast. WiFi limited avalability in the lounge area, which is a point for improvement. Friendly staff and good service.

I stayed here while bicycling through Patagonia. The view from the lodge of the lake and the volcano is just spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but not too fancy. The dinner served wad really tasty! Specially the beef and potatoes. The tour of the little museum in the lodge compound was also very informative. I will stay here again.

Pricey place. Staff is very nice and the food in the restaurant is OK. Little privacy in the bathroom in our room so we blinded the windows ourselves. Sorry for the ductape on the window:-) Convenient for the three nights we stayed there. Booked a guide fly fishing day with Pepe via the reception and that was world class.

If you like a mass tourism resort; massively over priced, shabby hotel, trying to be something its not, offering no attention to detail; then book in! Good points; The location, The staff & The restaurant meal however was good (can only vouch for the Beef tenderloin!). PS you can’t swim in the lake🙁

With Orsono around the bend, this property offers beautiful mountain views while on the lake front where you can hop on a ferry for another destination or rent a kayak. The room was lovely with magnificent scenery right out the window, the customer service could not be better and the food was delicious...they also make excellent pisco sours! There is a very well done museum of the area's history on the property as well as an adventure hut where you can arrange for your own activities. This was a wonderful place to hang out as well as a great place to come back to after hiking around the volcano!
