singapore can be very expensive and get very touristy, so this was a really nice option away from the central downtown area. as you walk in you know that you aren't going to be disappointed just from the clean, cool feeling of the lobby. the staff are very kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable as well (in fact we had 3 different rooms reserved for our group and all were nice). perhaps the one thing that we all mentioned that could be better was the A/C.. singapore is really hot but it was impossible to control the A/C so it wasn't blowing really fast on you throughout the night. turned off the A/C at one point and woke up sweating hot a few hours later, so better under the comfy sheets and blanket than. the toiletries were also really nice and we all liked the scent of the soaps. the location is quite nice even though it's a bit away from the main tourist attractions (5-6$ grab ride, so not a big deal), but in fact there are some amazingly good restaurants nearby at local prices-- we walked one morning to a dim sum place that was really, really good and another morning to an indian place that was out of this world. there is a gym literally two blocks down the street which has a pool and workout area, and it only costs $2 but they didn't let me in because you had to pay by credit card ugh. would definitely stay here again!!!!!!

Other thing, the hot water ran out quickly during shower.

I've a staycay with my family over last weekends and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly and service-orientated. The hotel lobby was very pretty and instaworthy. We love how the room was equipped with a minibar full of complimentary snacks and drinks. The room itself was very cosy too. In terms of cleaniless, highly no doubt. Within the vicinity, there was a 7-11 convenience store, a few coffeeshop that serve yummy food at affordable prices (directly opposite the hotel) and cafes too. It was a memorable and pleasant stay. We will definitely recommend to my friends.
