Guys plz check the bills before leaving. They took a security deposit of 800 dollars. When we were checking out they put a wrong bill of breakfast. We told them that its not ours so they rechecked and cancelled it. But then they put another bill of 245 dollars of dinner which was again not ours. Inspite of calling them daily nothing is happening. They are just saying that they will revert but its been 5 days not getting call from them. Not expected such cheap behaviour from such a property.
As always, a SUPER pleasant experience. Was there to celebrate my wife birthday with Sunday Champagne Brunch. I would especially like to highlight the splendid level of service quality provided by Jisu!!! What an experience with her delicate, caring and attention to detail service! Thanks much Jisoo! Keep up the superb job!!!
In the third month of 2023 and already had a few excellent stays. On my most recent stay, greeted upon arrival by doormen Raheem and Ali, while check-in was facilitated by Front Office Manager Candy Zhang-Vijayakumar and Front Desk Representative Tiara, Jia Hui, Assistant Front Office Manager Yvonne, and duty manager Kash. Greeted in the lobby by Quality Manager, Marianne Teo. My room had been set up as per my preferences communicated to Candy during my previous stay. Thanks to the floor housekeepers, in particular, Mike and Anna, as well as Executive Housekeeper Jacqueline and Housekeeping manager, Rachel The next morning, greeted by Executive Chief Butler Ramesh and butler Hanafi in the lobby. Had a fantastic lunch of escargots and Pork Hor Fun, especially curated by the afternoon sous chef, Chef Lai Yong Jia - soo good!! Service from the Brasserie Les Saveurs team was impeccable - Assistant Manager Kartie Gunuzalan, Jessa, Huck Sen, Chris (Assistant Manager), Christianne (F&B desk), Inna, Chris (server), Jisu (Korean speaker, a compatriot of butler Girin), Prakash, et al. Reserved for Sunday Brunch and had an amazing experience, thanks to Executive Chef Fabio Granata and his brilliant culinary team, including Chef Wendy Wee who this year has curated one of my absolute favorite, bespoke pasta dishes, Chef Neyaz Taj who on previous stays curated a bespoke appetizer of Sicilian red prawns, Chef Raj and Chef Ashraf Lim, both of whom curated my breakfasts last year, the morning sous chef, Chef Kamal, Chef Irene, and the new members of the kitchen team including commis chefs - the affable Chef Farhan (who was on duty with pass around brunch items), Chef Sumanth from Hyderabad, and Chef Mark who moved down from the Ritz-Carlton Macao. On this occasion, I also got to experience the music of the Ridwan trio consisting of pianist/vocalist, saxophonist, and percussionist. The Sunday brunch crowd really enjoyed the selection of tunes performed by Ridwan and his trio, consisting of both lyrical songs as well as instrumentals Back in January, I also had a chance to partake in a meal of yu sheng at Yan Ting, arranged by YT Manager Yat Thein who has been consistently most helpful when it comes to my cravings for Cantonese food! The yu sheng was ceremoniously tossed and served by the affable waiter, Ivan When it came to check-out, my luggage was expertly handled by bellman Karthik, another longtime presence at the hotel. Each time I return to the SRS, it is like meeting old friends - longtime staff such as Kartie, Karthik, Doris, Chris, Jessa, Christianne, Chef Wendy, et al. The front of house/rooms division is relatively new - most joining last year in July following the exodus of the previous team. The hotel scene in Singapore is fiercely competitive with abundant choices for the discerning traveler offering endless options across diverse brands and multiple hotel loyalty/non-loyalty programs. With the fast-paced turnaround of new staff, it is up to the oldtimers to recognize the patronage of returning customers, something which has regained relevance, especially in a post-covid world. It is through the hard work of the staff that the St Regis Singapore remains for me, the classiest address in the spring of 2023 …
Had a birthday celebration at Brasserie Les Saveurs to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and was blown away by both the amazing food (the steak was melt in your mouth!) and service by Kartie and his team. Thank you for preparing the surprise birthday cake in advance as well!
it was a nice experience to stay at here. the service was so adorable! and the one that named SARAVANAN was very nice to help me when i need something to get for breakfast. thankyou? definitely will be back!
Fantastic service standards, provided assistance to the wedding couple every step of the way and even went the extra mile to accommodate some of the requests! Food during the banquet was great and the ambience of the ballroom was majestic!
Stayed end of Nov 2022 Pros: -lots of art work in the lobby and there was a christmas tree in the middle. there is a bar. there's a piano and more art on lvl 1u and some function reading room and even more seating areas. -check in person was professional, although there was a slight hiccup with the booking due to a misunderstanding on his part but it was rectified after he further investigated. -corridors are not musky smelling. -butler can bring you tea as a welcome drink or between 6-11am i think -room is amazing more classic style and everything smells nice -room is huge in size even for the lowest category room which is what we stayed in. -room has a tray to put your keycard -in room has nice marble and carpeted areas -has complimentary tea (chamomile, green, black etc) and coffee pods and glasses -has wide desk with a cushioned seat and the desk has 2 sets of universal plugs and ethernet cable and white red yellow aux plugs for the tv/video and a phone. - has tv with wide range of channels including world cup that could be viewed at the time. -tv can be played through the surround 4 bose speakers in each corner of ceiling. -has long couch area along the windows -has a couch in front of bed as well and a small round table. -windows come with automatic shutter including privacy screen and blackout curtains -there is bluetooth/radio speaker -bed is very comfortable with 4 pillows -you can control door sign, lights and drapes by your bedside and there are plugs on the bottom side desk on each side. -bathroom has two sinks however with cold and hot water taps separated -bathtub in the middle of the bathroom but not too big, comfortable for 1 person though, ok for 2. Lots of mirrors all around the bathroom too. -shower is nice and strong hot water pressure although top shower head has three nozzles which is a bit weird and 3 nozzles on the side. -toilet is separate -tissue box provided -mini fridge in the room. -2 garments complimentary ironed or pressed per person so 2 adults can get 4 garments ironed per day. -pool is quite big surrounded by tall building further away but it's ok. towels are provided at the pool area. the pool is 1.2 metres in depth. -gym open 24 hours with free water bottles in the fridge. -wifi mobile tested ~27 mpbs -overall rating 4.5/5 Cons: -slight con is the bathroom which is marble floored has some areas slightly elevated so you can stub your toe if you don't lift your feet -not a big deal but shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in small bottles instead of larger pump bottles but common for 5 star hotels. -pool doesn't get hit by as much sunlight as other hotel pools as it's shaded by the building so felt it was quite cool which might be a pro for a lot of people but i prefer it warmer. there are jets blowing cold water from the sides of the pool too. pool only open until 7pm. -just a quirk you have to insert the keycard instead of swipe but not a big deal either. -room view is okay, more buildings from the back side nothing special but room comfort makes up for it. -breakfast is a bit disappointing, the taste just average. The staff come however to ask if you'd like tea etc. Had buffet and ala carte options for breakfast like sausage, hash brown, potato, siew mai and bun and some smoked salmon and rice porridge and a noodle station. There was also an indian and japanese station. -could tell when checking out that the check in process was a bit slow when there is a lot of people coming through, not as efficient at processing guests as other hotels but also not many computers for check in, i think 3. …
I am currently visiting Singapore, and have been staying at St. Regis for the last 5 days. I will be very sad leaving this wonderful hotel tomorrow. I have travelled around the world, and had excellent service from hotel staff. This hotel itself is excellent, but the staff have been fantastic. If you are fortunate enough to stay here, please ask for Executive butler Ramesh Pavadai for the special art tour. His guide made the experience even more special.
This hotel is stunning and the service is impeccable. We got an upgrade to a deluxe room which was gorgeous. Super comfortable bed and bathroom. Wish we got to spend time more time there. The cocktail bar is very nice with wonderful wonderful service.
Did a staycaytion over the weekend at St Regis, and would love to commend the team on their hospitality and warmth extended while we are there. From the front-desk to room service staff, porters and guest services; everyone we met greeted us with a smile and was quick to help and attend to us. We enjoyed ourselves at Astor bar too, which despite us being there for the Daily Aperitivo Hour (which was complimentary), the service rendered to us by Winty and her colleagues made us feel really welcomed. Looking forward to coming back again to stay!
