My family had a memorable staycation at The St. Regis Singapore hotel from 23 to 25 Nov 2020. My requests were all taken note and attended to by the hotel staff. Before the commencement of my stay, I had also raised a number of queries via the Mariott Bonvoy application chatroom. The staff are all very professional and exude wonderful customer service. They always ensure all my queries are attended to and provided great responses prior to my stay. The 24-hour butler service only available in this hotel is top notch, needless to say. Whenever I entered for any requests via the Mariott application including the ordering of their TWG fine tea to in-room savouring and the preparation of bubble bath, their butler service would ensure the requests would be attended to as fast as possible and meet customers’ expectations. The respite and relaxation experience which their Remede Spa provided was fabulous too. These services are complimentary for hotel guests except the treatment. However, their heated jacuzzi (2 with different temperatures) was already a great experience for novice like me. It felt like soaking yourself in a hot spring in Japan or Taiwan, with an additional massaging feature to our body. The pool was 1.2m deep only and suitable for young children as long as adult is available to accompany the child. It was surrounded by lush and tropical plants. Our Executive room was also upgraded complimentary by the hotel to the Grand Deluxe King room in view that we were celebrating our anniversary and I have a son with me for the staycation. Highly recommended hotel for those who prefer to have a 24-hour service to serve your needs and a bigger room size as compared to other normal tier room type of other hotels.

Rooms are fancy, amenities are great. Breakfast is delicious. But the real highlight will be the staff. I would like to praise Atiqah at Remede Spa for being full of smiles and for patiently showing me around the facility, seeing it was my first time there. Chrisanne at Brasserie Les Saveur for giving us a great start to our day with her cheerful disposition and greetings every morning! Alvin, also from Les Saveur for his professionalism and remarkable service. ALL the bell/concierge/door staff for being so helpful and friendly. Did not manage to get all their names but I know a few - Doormen Raju, Shah, and Ali! Assistant Chief Butler Santhanam Louis, whom I only met once, was also extremely polite and brought me the St. Regis blend tea upon my request, even though it was off the tea menu. And most of all, huge thanks to Guest Experience Manager, Sarah Ti as well as Butlers Kumar & Nicholas. These 3 staff are the true gems of St. Regis Singapore, who outshine among all the staff. They never forget to smile even when they have to handle requests, queues, and tasks from so many guests from morning to night, which is important in hospitality. Thanks to these 3 exceptional staff, I have no doubts that I will return to St. Regis Singapore for my next staycation. They went above and beyond in serving guests - they served from the HEART, with warmth and sincerity! Butler Nicholas, who sent me tea every night, wrote a personal greeting on a card for me, which was delivered by the lovely Butler Kumar who sent me coffee every morning right after a wake up call. Butler Kumar also brought us a box of chocolates on behalf of the Butler Team, which was a nice gesture. It’s these little personalised touches that really makes our stay extra special. Ms Sarah pays attention to little details - she noticed my henna upon check in and congratulated me on my new marriage. She also helped to reserve my breakfast slots upon check in so that I would not have to call the service line daily. It’s wonderful that they anticipate the guests’ needs and are always one step ahead of the guests’ requests and needs. Thank you for making a memorable and unforgettable honeymoon for my husband and I.

It was our first staycation and everything was amazing! Perfect to celebrate your anniversary. Loved the touch of details, from the gorgeous petal flowers on the floor leading you to your super yum chocolate cake (free one). And just gorgeous on everything! From a room that makes you feel like a royal up to the tremendous service of all of the staff. P.S. don’t ever skip the superb breakfast :) Also, a perfect spot, easy to go for a nice wandering around and discover lovely restaurants. A must book hotel in the city for your family. Kudos to all the St.Regis team for making us feel that we’re on holiday! Keep safe everyone!

Celebrated my mother's birthday with a one night staycation at St Regis, booked a Grand Deluxe room for her, while my partner and I stayed in the Caroline Astor Suite which was conveniently just right next to my mother's room. The hotel lobby was nice, spacious with many art pieces on the wall. I'm in the Christmassy mood so I was looking forward to some nice Xmas decors in the lobby area but there was none, the Xmas tree was not up yet. Perhaps still too early? Both of our rooms were very spacious and had great garden views. The beds were pretty comfortable too. Thank you St Regis butler team for setting up the room and the cakes. The hot chocolate were delicious too, although it took slightly longer than expected. Had a relaxing time at Astor Bar and enjoyed the complimentary selection of aperitifs which included alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages like juices and sodas. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to check out the swimming pool or go for a quick dip as it was raining on the day of check-in, and otherwise, fully-booked the next day too. Great selection of breakfast items on the ala-carte breakfast buffet menu. Most of the dishes were served promptly and the staffs were attentive to take orders/refill our beverages. While most of the food we ordered were delicious, there was just one that was disappointing - the Laksa. The laksa soup was spot on, full of flavour but the not-so-fresh noodles just ruined the dish. Overall, it was an excellent stay! We enjoyed this staycation experience thoroughly, and looking forward to more celebratory moments at St Regis Singapore. :-)
