Hotel Royal has pleasant rooms with the basic amenities, hair dryer, kettle, tv and safe (albeit our room's one did not work). It's in a great location, close to a MRT station and the Singapore Art Museum, which is worth a visit! However we booked a number of uber services and unfortunately a couple of the drivers were unfamiliar with...

The Hotel is One of the best location in Singapore, near Bras Basah Metro station(2 Min on foot). Important museums and galleries is around the Hotel. But The breakfast isn't good at all. Personnel behavior was good but not professional. All together is a wonderful location but needs to more facilities and rehabilitation.

We were very pleased with the location and the attentive service provided by a well dressed and professional staff. The buffet breakfast catered for Western and Asian tastes to satisfy all guest needs. The room was lovely and we were escorted to our room by the concierge who explained everything we needed to know about the services provided in the...

This hotel is very tired. Staff was helpful and friendly. The first room we were given had a broken Air Con controller. The room was freezing. I asked to be moved to another room which they did. Good location.

We only stayed a night and found the hotel's location good for MRT. The hotel reception was one of the oddest I've seen. There is no proper reception counter but individual desks manned by staff. Your staff, Raj, needs to learn to be trained better to smile more and be more hospitable instead of sitting there, staring at guests up...

The Hotel is located on a quiet stretch of Queen Street, just a 100 m away from the Bras Basah Subway Station and minutes from Bugis Junction & Raffles City shopping. When you walk or drive up to the Royal@Queens Hotel, you wouldn't necessarily expect to find a Hotel inside this 16 story, rather odd looking building with its facade...

Reception staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. My room was comfortable; the bed, big TV, loads of light switches, the gripe I have is with the 'nearly there' room cleaning. Bins were emptied, toiletries replenished but used toiletries were left in the bathroom. The hotel has separate swimming pools for men and women. One small shower/change room cubicle for...

The moment you enter the hotel , you see the very rude staff. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. It's terrible ! Noisey, the pillows were musty, etc . Why is this hotel even open??!!

Checked in all seemed well, according to the hotels Web site a 4 star hotel. Hmm, room on the 14th floor. Opened the door to a dark musty room. Very old decor. Bathroom walls as the pics show covered in mold and mildew. Bath stained by who knows what and shaving plug not been wiped down for a while. Tried...

This hotel needs a total renovation. Rooms are old and dirty, beds are hard, bathrooms have moist and rust all over. Breakfast is terrible - no fruit no cheese no sausage. Just toast and an omelet which tasted like deep fried eggs... location is great but we will stay elsewhere next time.
