We stayed for two nights at Hangout Emily and we found it a great place to stay, it offers excellent value for money!! The hotel is extremely clean, very well decorated, the staff is friendly and very helpful, they are always willing to help you with anything you need. We even found an attractive and accessible event in Universal Studios:...

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids, booked a triple plus room. Had a good stay, beds comfortable, bathroom basic, No TV, Free Wifi in room, Air con, free parking, no frills, basic & spacious room. Sleep quality good as the hotel is deep inside a residential area, away from the main road. The hotel is on a hill...

Stayed her for 5 nights in June. Was there during comunicasia expo and the all the hotels were costly by a minimum 35% and so booked this place. Had the best time staying here. This hostel rocks. Stayed in Deluxe plus room and was charged 162 SGD per night. The rates are a bit high would like to stay again...

Look, you can stay in top hotels and walk to your places of interests..but in Singapore, if you're 3 minutes away from the MRT then basically you can travel in no time to those places... I walked a good 20 minutes from SMU/National Museum area to HO, but then I was told the Little India MRT is just down the...

This is our second time to stay in this hotel. During both stays, we had a great time. Service was efficient from the time of reservation up until the time of check-out. This no-frills hotel gives very good value for money. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There's no TV in the room but we didn't mind since we always...

I cannot recommend this place enough. At first sight, it is a little bit more expensive than some other hostels. BUT you will not regret investing these 5 singapore dollars a night. First of all, check what is included in the rate (24 hour aircon, towels, breakfast,...). Then there are no bunk beds here, rooms only take 7 people (compared...

As long as you don't expect a 5 star resort, I think you will be very pleased with this place. It is a very good option, especially for the money they charge. I liked the roof top place.

Super clean, friendly & helpful staff, cheap compared to other hotels, rooms are basic (no tv) but have comfy beds & huge windows. Hangout area on the 2nd & 7th floors are chic, fun and practical. Unfortunately, walls are thin & the hotel is in the residential area. It's a five minute HIKE (it's really on top of a hill)...

This hotel was recommended by former teachers and a local friend in Singapore. When they say Hangout at Mt. Emily is a budget hotel, it's most than that. It has its own restaurant with breakfast included in your night's stay, and it's not just cereals. The staff was kind enough to accommodate me at the last minute for a little...

We spent two nights here in April 2011. We found the staff very friendly and the rooms spacious and clean. The hotel is 10 mins walk from Little India and, in the opposite direction, Orchard Road. Although it is a little challanging with heavy luggage if you use the Little India Station - The public transport here is excellent by...
