The Hotel check is is fine but slow. The cup in our room was not cleaned and one of the towel smell. When we check in ,Our toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. Inform front desk however it take 4o minute for housekeeping to clean again the bath room
Read the positive reviews and decided to try the hotel by booking an initial 2 nights. I super love the sunshine service of Bella who showed me around plus comfortable environment that I extended my stay by a further 9 nights. Am still presently a guest at the hotel and the service is truly what another reviewer described as a 4-star hotel but with 5-star service. Special thanks and shout out to Yvonne, Daryl, Nana and also Diana & Tan from reservations who embody what excellent service mindset is. Their cheerfulness, attentiveness and helpfulness have made my stay to-date a very pleasant one. As part of the hotel’s Green drive, guests need to request for Make Up Room when required which is great. I would like to commend Sheeba from housekeeping who greeted me warmly and checked with me if I wanted my room to be done when I bumped into her at the corridor. I thought it’s nice that on her own initiative, she decided to check with me even though a yes would have meant more work for her. 😜 The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to bus services and walking distance to MRT stations. There’s a wide variety of food places catering to different budgets and cuisine preferences around the hotel. I’ve hosted a business meeting at Ginett, a bistro-style French restaurant and wine bar, based in the hotel. The food was great and it has a nice buzzing environment. Yet to try the hotel’s other restaurant, 25 degrees, a burger bar. There is no swimming pool. There is a small chic looking gym. You can book a slot with the reception to use it. As for room type, mine is Good Room Queen. It’s a compact comfy room. Been recommending the hotel to family and friends.…
Overall really happy with this hotel. It was super clean, staff were helpful and location is great. The boutiquey bar and work space on the bottom floor creates a great vibe. My gripes are that the room is smaller than shown in pictures. It was fine for my purposes but if you want to stay awhile and unpack it could be tricky. Also internet was choppy but better in the bar.
Stayed here in transit from Australia to Ireland Good value room However room was small but was perfect for our needs -rest Was allowed a complimentary late check out until 1pm As our flight was late at night our cases were kept safe at hotel Hotel is central and very near MTR stations Would highly recommend Book direct with hotel for best rates Debbie and her colleagues on the front desk were superb. Nothing was too much. Would stay again definitely Bravo
This is part of a hotel chain, so you would be surprised to know it keeps a unique style that I may call bohemian, eclectic, and well-planned for short stays. The space is carefully dimensioned to your necessities as it is expected you will make your stay in Singapore outside of your hotel room. My husband and I have a preference for windows, so if you are booking these rooms be thoughtful that spaces are engineered for your necessities not for spending time inside. Therefore my only request was to have windows and I was certainly happy about this - my small room had two! I was well impressed by the bathroom too - in other hotels. You will find that they keep no distance between the shower and your loo, this one has plenty for a tiny bathroom. Great views and decoration, amenities are top-notch, and my bed was fabulous. After a long haul on a North-South trip, we rested peacefully albeit in one of the bustling central regions in Singapore. I enjoyed. Be prepared for a distant customer service that reminded me of any Bay area trendy hotel - as cool as northern California to go with the air conditioner. …
Cant count how many times ive stayed in this hotel. The room is clean and very stylish. Our houskeeping mr.lam very accommodating and friendly when I request for extra pillow, water and vanity kits. Definitely will come back! <3
Great experience, modern facilities, fantastic location in the vicinity of two MRT stations, friendly and helpful staff, reception is always available to help. Very clean housekeeping - credits to Lam and company
Great hotel with a good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was diverse and yummy. Room was quite small but it was not a problem for us because we travelled with only hand luggage. The bar was also nice and cozy. Would recommend to everyone and will go there again if visiting Singapore.
Be ready to open your wallet if you want to stay in Singapore for a visit! My room was 300$ per night after a 67% discount! I was allowed to ask for a big bed but did deal whit separated that an extra would a changed for the one I was suppose to have! Room is modern (A must with four stars) but very very small. The Bathroom is so little that the sink and mirror were placed outside of it! Maybe all the hotels are like that in the city where the spaces are rare? However, Hotel G is nicely situated in downtown. Absolutely no danger to go out at night. You can walk to see what Singapore have to proposed. MRT (subway) is eficient whit clear indications to find your way.
This hotel is modern and clean, with several dining options and friendly staff. I felt well taken care of here. The room itself is compact but that’s par for the course in Singapore. I didn’t really like how the sink was in the main room but I understand that they need to optimize space. Definitely check out the French restaurant attached to the hotel - it’s a great place to work as well as eat
