We stayed at this hotel overnight while in transit in Singapore. The accommodation is rather basic, very small and very spartan room with no room for luggage. The room we stayed in had no windows of which we were aware when making the booking. On the plus side, there is plenty of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity of the...

We appreciated your positive and candid feedback. As you have experienced, our lead-in room category (lowest priced) has no windows. However, the other categories of Heritage and Porch rooms all have windows with natural light, for guests who prefer that. Additionally, the Porch Rooms come with a balcony where you may enjoy the great or take in the views of...

What a great place! Situated in Keong Saik Rd on the edge of Chinatown, with plenty of restaurants of all kinds up and down the street and filing the streets around. The famous Maxwell Rd hawker centre is an easy walk for breakfast. The centre of Chinatown is less than five minutes walk away and the hotel is just around...

How thoughtful of you to share your experiences! We appreciated the time you have taken to share your wonderful feedback. It ticks off all the right boxes for a stay at Naumi Liora. Like you, most guests enjoy the accessibility of our hotel's location to Chinatown. The Outram station of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train network is about a...

The staff could not do enough for you but the hotel was a let down. I asked to move rooms as mine had water coming from the shower floor, the room was damp and condensation running down the windows. It was clean in places but nothing like the photos on trip advisor.

Thank you for sharing your positive and candid feedback. Please accept our sincere apology for the faulty plumbing and air-conditioning in the first room that you were assigned. We are pleased to have been able to arrange another room for you. We hope that did not take away from your experiences, the culturally diverse Chinatown neighbourhood where we are located....

The hotel is located at Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar area, takes about 20minutes walk from Chinatown station, surrounded by different cafe nearby. The lobby is nice, the room is clean but small, it can be too squeezy if you are bringing a big luggage. Can hear your neighbour talking at night as well as the car passing by, not suitable...

Thank you for your positive and candid feedback. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the hotel's easy access to nearby Tanjong Pagar and Chinatown, with its eclectic variety of local and European eateries and bars. Being a heritage shophouse conservation hotel, our rooms come in a variety of sizes and layouts; some rooms are larger than others. We would...

Stayed as our regular regular hotel was fully booked and this was listed on the Accor site. Check in was seamless and staff friendly. However on return to our room after dinner, the noise both inside the hotel from people noisily going up and down the corridor, and the music from the clubs and bars outside was relentless. It went...

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We sincerely apologise for the noise disturbance from the nearby bars. As they are not operated by the hotel, we have given them the feedback about their rowdy guests during weekend nights. We would have been glad to arrange a room change to a quieter part of the hotel. Being a heritage shophouse...

How lovely to receive your positive review, thank you. We are delighted that you enjoyed our friendly service, clean and comfortable accommodation. It was our pleasure to have assisted with the takeaway breakfast due to your early departure. How convenient that the Batam Ferry Terminal is a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel. Way to expensive for a dungeon with no windows, Cleaners started hovering early morning waking me up with a migraine. Corridors are noise to even walk cos it's an old building. I specifically asked for a queen bed I was given a queen bed with two single duvets.

We are disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your experience at The Naumi Liora. Being a traditional shophouse conversion hotel, our rooms are understandably quaint, in keeping with the heritage of the building. Our lead-in (lowest priced) Quaint Rooms do not have windows. However, the Heritage Rooms and the Porch Rooms all have windows that provide natural light,...

No windows, room is pitch black even in the morning! Corridors are noisy when someone walks cos it's an old building, Hoovers went off before you would wake up leaving you with migraine. Despite being conveniently located near Chinatown and two MRT stations, the hotel offers quite reasonable rates. There is a convenience store really close to the hotel, so even though it does not offer any meals, light meals are always available 24/7. Plus the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you need a place just to sleep and rest in...
