As a trip advisor fans, I always check reviews for hotels I would stay in. So, I could be prepared of anything that might make me uncomfortable during my stay. My office booked me this hotel. Prior to departure, I checked reviews for this hotel on trip advisor. The reviews were not good.. But surprised for me, the reviews were... More

The hotel is located at the central location just walking distance from Orchard Road. The room rates are nominal as per the amenities of the hotel. I will give 2 out of 5 rating. If you are there for shopping and sight-seeing then definitely the best hotel under budget with the best amenities and a perfect location.

Since my only concern was place to sleep at, a private bathroom, and a place where I can safely leave our bags, I'm just glad they still had an available room at a very late notice (..like near midnight notice). The room had the things I needed.. though I wasn't sure if it was ghosts or it's just really that... More

This is the worst place I've stayed in anywhere in the world. It shouldn't be classified as a 3 star hotel when it's more of an inn or a cheap motel. The rooms are tiny and bare with paper thin walls. You can hear people in the hallway. Considering this place has undergone renovation, it's still awful. The tile on... More

The Hotel has a central location but offers just basic facilities. Some of the rooms are not very well maintained and have a worn-out look. Rather cramped feeling. Even the breakfast buffet is just functional, with no frills whatsoever. Not exactly good value for money.

I knew we made the wrong decision to stay at this hotel when we saw our room - the carpet was dirty, the bathroom needed to be re-grouted, the aircon wasn't working, among others. We complained about the aircon not working, then went out for a good 4 hours. By the time we came back, the maintenance staff were busy... More

I have a very high regard of singapore as a country (the best in asia, one of the best in the world), clean and orderly city, disciplined people etc. not until I stayed in the worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life, not even in a third world and developing counrty. I don"t mind if the room is... More

I was not impressed with Hotel it is certainly a two star hotel. The rooms are quite small and shabby did not meet my expectations. The staff were nice and that is the only good thing about this hotel. Linda Lawson

Just to have somewhere to sleep... the breakfast wasn't special, but the location was perfect to walk around. i think it was quite too expensive for this type of installations.
