The room might be small but got used to it after my second day stay. Place is clean and friendly staff :) ANd the location is excellent. As soon i go out from the hotel, there are food everywhere. Lots of souvenir and it's really cheap.

lobby decoration is special in chinese traditinal. however it's not suitable for rooms. the rooms are already very small, the red and black decorations make me feeling the room smaller, dark and depressive. room is too wet and smells moldly.

I stayed 2 nights in July 2016 as my short trip in Singapore. it is located in center of city and very easy to visit around shopping markets, Hindu Temple, Buddha temple, Nice room but little bit small for single stay one, not too much space there but clean room, good service.overall i like as a location, and standard price.

Not far from MRT. Location is good. The hotel is exactly in chinatown food street. But the room is so small. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaness is medium. But the noise from food street is so lound that get into the room.

This place is in a good location in Chinatown but the single rooms are very small and without windows. It's still pretty expensive but Singapore generally is expensive. Overall maybe stay here a night if you're really in a pinch.

the hotel located right in the middle of Chinatown walking & food street. the room is a bit small but comfortable enough. got a room on 3rd floor with balcony, which is lovely, sadly the balcony was underutilized. (if a table & chairs provided on the balcony, there'll be a bit more usable.) my room was on the west side... More

We were giving boutique hotels a try in Singapore and we decided to give Chinatown a shot. Unfortunately for this particular hotel, the noise level from the Main Street is louder than expected. Be for warned if you're looking for a place to get a good night rest. This hotel would be ideal for back packers with a sense of... More

I checked-in and out for 3 times from 19 June 2016 till 25 June 2016. However, my second checked-in room was so noisy coming from outside until 11:00 pm. Kindness and Cleanness are all acceptable with this pric level

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colorful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
