Hotel is very good promp check Inn, house keeping is good , great ambience , I must say Ms constant cheyong is excellent skill and very quick and warm , she is is perfect for front desk , helpful and always ready to response. Hotel is at great location near Business area.i kept it in one of the Best and cosy Hotel, small but different experience.

The location is perfect, really central to different MRT lines, restaurants and bars. The room is clean, the staff was really attentive, nice and helpful. The bar offers amazing cocktails and nice food.

The service Joel provided was above and beyond. He was cordial, polite, and friendly. Joel also provided helpful input on my travel plans in Singapore. All staff are friendly and the atmosphere at this hotel is unique.

I was wary of this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews on this site. I decided to give it a go anyway and I’m glad I did. From check in to check out the hotel exceeded expectations and offered a 5-star experience. Contrary to what others have written here, the staff were very attentive. Any time they caught sight of me in the lobby was an opportunity to ask me how they could be of assistance. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. They were able to accommodate my food needs and requests for transportation. The hotel itself requires significant renovations. To mask the mold and mildew odour, excessive air perfume was infused throughout the common space. Extremely irritating on the respiratory track. The elevator had a strong diesel odour and no ventilation. The carpets and upholstery on the furniture are clearly old and stained. These materials harbour bacteria and mold.

Went there with my family. A unique suite experience with a long sitting lounge area , enough to sleep one adult and one child. Loved going up and down the stairs. Room service was extremely prompt . Only blight were the visible stains on the sofa which I managed to wipe off with wet wipes. The most memorable part was the access to the executive lounge and breakfast. We were very well fed with breakfast so filling and delicious that I could skip lunch. There is also afternoon nibbles where my children and I enjoyed the pita bread with dipping sauces. After a while you can enjoy the evening cocktails. I ordered 5 beverages and 5 Bite sized food and every one of them was delicious. The detox juices were excellent as well. In short we ate and slept like royalty for two nights. Special mention to Leigh, manager at yellow pot restaurant who remembered my hubby’s order from the previous day and gave him a flat white without him asking for anything. I have an ongoing issue with the hotel and they are just stonewalling, perhaps hoping the problem will go away. They lost a bottle of champagne I bought from them and ASHLEY, THE F&B manager, was extremely rude- raising her voice and then hanging up on me after I asked her how she would resolve it. It says a lot when a hotel goes MIA - with no means of recourse- no emails (only reservations email), no manager names - all generic emails and telephone numbers- so if you ever have a problem, there will be no way to hold them accountable. You really need to think twice staying at a hotel managed this way because when things are well, its all good, when you have a problem, they go missing. Extremely frustrating- also a pity it tarnishes the Marriott brand.

Dear Roam05084574738, The ongoing issue regarding the bottle of champagne that was purchased approximately a year ago that may or may not have been consumed is a matter we can not devote further attention to. We have a policy whereby after a period of time a stored item must be dealt with (either consumed or discarded) - as storage and management of stored items is a cost to the business (time/space). We regret that you feel the need to continually and publicly shame the restaurant, and now the hotel it is within, into hopefully relenting to compensate you for this.
