It's astonishing how a country like Singapore gives 3 stars to this terrible, dirty, hotel. The hotel is not even worth 1 star. The CherryLoft at best is a backpackers hotel not at all suitable for business or family. The stand out features are the rules, starting from the first encounter at reception, it has a follow through in lifts,...

Cherryloft is a great place for events ! There are great facilities available here. The swimming pool is large where it's perfect for families to have fun and spend time together. Furthermore, in case of any emergency item needed, there is a convience store in its vicinity to get all the essential materials such as charcoal and drink. And there...

Before we even stepped foot into the room, we already thought it would be a terrible place to stay. When we opened the door, we were really put off by the lack of necessary furniture downstairs and the bare and small 'attic' room upstairs. The two beds were so near and there wasn't enough leg room between the beds and...

i understand this place used to be under another resort but sold of for some reason. I've been staying in this resort under the previous management for alot of times since my secondary school days and always love its. Actually I do not want to give even a star but the system does not allow me to do so. The rooms are very old, dirty and dusty. The toilet is always flooded, especially around the toilet seat area, making the experience of using the toilet very traumatic and gross. There were big cockroaches found in some rooms. At night,...

I've been to a budget hotel or resort quite a few times but this is the worst. Didn't get to check in early despite requesting for it. There wasn't even alot of staying at the time so i was still confuse as to why they didn't acknowledged my request. The staff doesn't seem to be bothered by the customers n...

We celebreated our daughter's birthday there. Compared to other chalets, this one is cheaper and more spacious. We are generally pretty satisfied and would go again. However, after checkout, we discovered later that day that we left our daughter's electric toothbrush in the bathroom. I called back but the staff told me the housekeeping did not find anything. To me,...

Cherry Loft Resorts is poorly operated. The facility itself is very old and not worth the price. The cleaning staff are oblivious to what cleaning actually is. The staff came to the room, changed the sheets and sprayed some air freshener in the air and left. The bathroom had been dirty since we arrived. The resort does have a nice...

This place is not worth its money, it is way overpriced. Cherryloft fittings, furniture and toilet are old, dirty and worn. It is absolutely outrageous that they charge such a price. It is unliveable and the staff are not well trained neither are they very knowledgeable. Avoid this at all cost.

It is a good place for a family staycation. A quiet place for family and friends to get together in a chalet, have some drinks over a game of cards. While facilities are basic, there are lots of activities to do at nearby Wild Wild Wet (water theme park), Downtown East (bowling alley, indoor playground) and Pasir Ris Park. Don't...
