Check in was a breeze with friendly Nicole at the reception counter. The room was small but clean and well-maintained. The link bridge to Paragon Mall is covered and convenient. After shopping, we went back to the room. Sometime in the night, we noticed a 'whirring' sound but was not able to detect where it came from. The sound came on at regular intervals of 10mins and went on throughout the night, depriving us of s good sleep. At 4am, i decided to open all the cupboards and drawers and finally located the source. It was the safe. It was showing a error message. Strange cos we didnt even use it. Must have been the previous occupant and the hotel failed to reset it. Tye next morning, after breakfast, we went to the front desk to inform them about the problem and hopefully to extend our checkout so that we can rest. My wife evem wanted to pay for an extra night rest. The customer officer, a lady, wasnt too interested in service. She informed us they can send someone to look into the safe but we declined as we didnt want to have our time taken up by the hotel who didn't offee any service recovery. I managed to get an extension of an hour for check out. Constrast this with the officer on level four, she was chatty and friendly in allowing us to check out the gym and pool. Nice place, good location but lacks the warmth and service attitude of a great hotel.

Husband and I booked the 1 BR Premium Suite using our SRV Voucher for our 5th anniversary staycation. We stayed 3D2N. Check in time is 3pm but I reached the hotel at 11am and planned to leave my bags there with the concierge first as we had some brunch plans and planned to come back at 3pm. However the Receptionist, (Vanessa I think? Guest Service Supervisor.) allowed me a complimentary early check in, which was kind of her! When we first stepped into the room, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the room! Except for a bit of tape that was left on a really high part of the wall (I guess the previous guest pasted some decorations for a party or celebration?) which would have been hard to notice anyway, everything else was thoroughly clean and you could tell the room furniture and appliances were well-maintained too! Room was prepared by Housekeeping staff named Leong. Although we didn’t get to meet him, he definitely left a great impression to us. The Housekeeping team must be proud to have him in their team! The Concierge Team were always helpful and friendly! Glenn helped with our luggage upon our departure, he was cheerful and pleasant. There was another Concierge staff, I didn’t manage to get his name, but he was an Indian man, who was also very friendly to all the guests! You can tell he was well-liked by the residents too because I noticed they were all happy to see him every morning. The receptionist who attended to me at check out (Mikaela, I think?) from the Reception team was also very pleasant and full of smiles. Room was spacious! Beds were comfortable and I love that the bathroom had both ceiling rain shower and a freestanding tub! I normally don’t bother to get into bathtubs in hotels but I couldn’t say no to soaking and relaxing in a nice deep freestanding tub. Breakfast was not that impressive but that didn’t dampen our stay. Definitely had an enjoyable staycation and I foresee my husband and I returning to Ascott Orchard for future staycations!

Stayed here 3 times, once in studio and twice in 1br suite. Overall good experience. There is privacy. You don't get many people crowding around lift area or loud talkers as the room are sound proofed. The furnishing are modern, practical and comfortably homely. Lightings are good. Love the spacious bathroom and deep soak stand alone tub. Amenities are good too. Gym and pool are clean. Room cleanliness are acceptable.

Since we cant travel, this place is the best place to bring your partner/family/friends to staycay,10 mins walk to ascott orchard from somerset. Fast check in , clean, best part is they even have microwave! Overall 10/10!!

Long check-in queue. Have already waited 30 mins and 20 people in front of us. Friendly staff but still not good enough. Management should have staffed adequately for a busy day at the very least. This is a two star experience. Sorry!

We humbly admit there was a delay in our check-in process as we were facing a full-house occupancy throughout the long-weekend holidays for the Lunar New Year festivities and our suites were on a daily back-to-back suite assignment during this period whereby our Housekeeping team had to turnover the vacated suites for our arriving guests within the 3-hours’ gap from our scheduled check-out time of 12:00PM to our scheduled check-in time of 3:00PM. However, we assure you our management is very concerned as it is always our sincere hope our guests enjoy their stays with us. Please be assured our various management teams shall be reviewing our processes for improvements in the areas we lack.
