Check in on 27/01/23 Check out on 28/01/23 The Team’s service was impeccable. Special shoutout to the gentleman who processed our check-in and check-out (I apologise for it was rude of me having not introduced myself 😅, but I hope that you know who you were if you ever read this). We were also pleasantly surprised that our room was upgraded, that my wife ordered a flat white but was waived off by the hotel and that we were greeted with a lovely birthday wish from the hotel’s General Manager. It was these little things that mattered to us in creating an amazing experience. Oh and the room was clean and spacious! Thank you Warehouse Team. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
Hotel has an interesting history. Last time I was in Singapore (10 years ago) it was a club. Now it’s a boutique hotel with an infinite pool to cool off after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We also enjoyed the pool when it was rainy, yet still 30C. Easily located to the majority of major sites and MRT.
We stayed for 2 nights in this well designed boutique hoteland we can highly recommed it. The hotel is in the downtown area but the metro is in walking distance. The staff is very attentiv and friendly. We had a spacious and well designed room that looked out over the river which was equiped with every amenity necessary and a wonderfully large shower. We dined at their restaurant Po two times- excellent food! They also have large bar with very talented mixologists. The cocktails were creative and very delicious. Overall we had a perfect stay and are certain to select that hotel for our next stay in Singapore.
An absolutely incredible hotel located along the riverfront in downtown Singapore. From the moment we arrived until our departure 3 days later, the Warehouse hotel maintained a level of service that was truly outstanding. Plus our suite overlooked the river. You will not go wrong picking this marvelous hotel.
We surely will come back to thos hotel. Very good small place where we could enjoy lovely drinks at the bar and experience most professional and friendly staff in the restaurant, at the bar as well as at the reception. Perfect place to stay when one is on holiday or on business trip. You have wishes of any kind, they will surely help you 👍
We stayed at the Warehouse Hotel for three nights and felt very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and it was especially cool to jump in the pool in the afternoon and see the lights of the city's skyscrapers come on. The hotel is right on the River, where you can go for nice walks. The location is also perfect, as you can reach all of Singapore from there. We especially liked the design and the concept that everything you see here is from Singapore. And the service was also excellent. We will be very happy to come back!
The hotel had a really cool vibe and the staff were really helpful. We’d definitely stay again however there’s some things worth pointing out: - The hotel is on a really busy road which meant we could hear traffic noise from our room and also meant we chose not to use the pool (above a really busy corner of road) - There’s no gym which would be a great addition to this hotel (more important than a pool in our opinion) - The hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays. This wasn’t advertised on the website which meant we had to eat out for dinner after we just landed from a long flight - The breakfast wasn’t great - the menu sounds nice but what arrived in reality often didn’t align
Tonight, we’ve had a wonderful gourmet experience in Po, the restaurant of the Warehouse Hotel. Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu to discover.
My experience with this amazing property, I would end up calling home for 22 days, began when I sent an email to their reservations team inquiring about availability. The response I received was more than pleasant and welcoming, so my co-workers and I booked our stay for 3 weeks this past August. During the time between booking our reservations and our stay, we were in contact with the Warehouse to ensure we were all set, and to ask general logistical questions. As with before, our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed. Fast forward to our stay... When we arrived at the Warehouse we were greeted and treated as if we were long time patrons in excellent standing. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we were made to feel like family and friends. Now I get it, people in the hospitality business are supposed to be hospitable, but the people at the Warehouse were some of the most hospitable I have ever encountered in my nearly 20 years of global business travel. I travel a lot for work which keeps me away from loved one and friends. The people at the Warehouse hotel made being away from home not nearly as difficult as it could have been. Through the entire stay, I felt welcomed and appreciated. That feeling went a long way with me:-) Now to the food and drinks...WOW!!!! Po is an excellent restaurant. Although I didn't try everything, everything I tried was exquisite. My only regret is that I didn't eat there more often. As far as the bar goes, I was also impressed. The lounge area near the lobby is a very relaxing place to meetup, pre-game, or get a little inebriated. The mixologists at the Warehouse really know their craft. I had many of the cocktails on the menu, as well as some off menu tastings, and they were all professionally prepared and delicious. The hotel itself has a colorful history which is exemplified in just about every aspect of the property. The lobby has a small museum, for lack of a better term, displaying artifacts and some souvenirs that tell the unique history of the property. The rooms also have a feel of the properties exciting past, while still being modern, stylish, large, and very comfortable. I only went up to the pool once, but that too has a certain private yet public feel to it, as it looks right over the river, but remains unnoticed to the untrained eye from the quay. Regarding location, the Warehouse is pretty much central to much of where you want to be. The river makes for a great walk to the marina. Going the opposite direction, China Town is close, and so are other hidden gems and hawker stalls. There is so much to do and so much to see within 15 minutes of the Warehouse that you will never be bored. As you can probably tell, I cannot wait to get back to Singapore and to the Warehouse. In final, I want to give thanks to all of the people who made my stay the truly amazing experience that it was, but I must give identifiable kudos to Simeon Tse, the Hotelier. Simeon went above and beyond, in every sense of the term, to ensure our stay was PERFECT...and it most certainly was just that. Thank you for educating me on the Warehouse, the industry, Singapore, writing instruments, and fashion. You will not soon be forgotten, sir:-)…
Very well run hotel with a friendly team and ultra helpful manager. Beautiful room and particularly enjoyed their local guide book it gave us lots of hidden spots. Easy location with lots of restaurants around and easy for transport and taxis.
