The service at the hotel was commendable. Special props to Nadia and the rest of the team (I apologise for not remembering all of their names) for being so attentive and accommodating. Aside from the service, the interior of the hotel is amazing as well. However, the shower could be better designed. Overall, a relatively great stay!
One of the most beautiful and well designed hotels in Singapore. A romantic staycation destination. From the room design, the bath, to the restaurant breakfast -an unforgettable experience. Great service too from Tarun and team. Will be back 👌
I threw a surprise birthday dinner for my husband at the Den at the Warehouse hotel. Even though with Covid, we are limited in numbers, we had such a great time. The Den was originally an opium den in history but the owners have cleverly converted it into a beautiful, quaint private room with tall glass doors overlooking the river. I have to give special thanks to the sales manager, Elaine Luei who worked the night, introduced the hotel with its rich history, spent careful thoughts on how to organise this party for me. The hotel found themselves a gem in a sales manager. My 10 course (I think) dinner was curated by Chef William. My personal fave is their Popiah, halibut (chef - i want that recipe!!!) and their soft shell crab, whilst my birthday man loved the Iberico char Siew and halibut. Food was 5 star! Ambience is fantastic with the setting in the Den. But the wine chosen by their Sommelier, Alvin, was spot on - my personal fave out of the 3 bottles we had was the spanish Grenache. Good taste buds, Alvin! Overall, all my guests enjoyed the evening! Could have danced our night away ! Thanks Elaine and team! …
Simply put : beautifully decorated place , with good music, great food, amazing drinks and excellent service! Staff is really helpful and listens to the needs of its customers! Can't appreciate that enough! Thank you to the whole warehouse team for a perfect evening!
Hope the General Manager is able to see this: Brenda and Jayden provided great and superb service! Good impression of the hotel because of them. Great Job! Plus points: - Rooms have great amenities and bed was comfortable. Ashley & Co amenity plus Bang & Olufsen Speaker might be the highlight of the room - Great location for a morning and evening walk - Superb Dining experience. Po has great food! The Kurobuta Char Siew and Crab Carrot Cake were fantastic! Totally justifiable for the premium on Singapore Modern Cuisine. Champagne paired very well with the food! Will come back to dine again - Rich History and heritage behind this hotel, would be nice if there is a mini tour or activity to justify the premium of this hotel (The reason why it wasn’t a full 5/5)- still good but... - Limited Facilities, only a super small wading swimming pool, though very instagrammable! No Gym... cant be helped given the size of the horel. The hotel could have organized more activity to engage guests! It’s a heritage building!!!! - Fall under Design collection which meant minimal member benefits including no complimentary breakfast for plat members and above. (Understandable since it’s not run by the Marriott Team) - Still doesnt make sense to me that breakfast price for 1 pax and 2 pax are the same. Bak kut teh was soso, Chicken curry was good but felt short of providing enough curry for the prata. - The room price is similar or even more expensive compared to other Marriott Properties in Singapore such as JW Marriott, St Regis, Marriott Tangs or Westin! You really have to appreciate the heritage and uniqueness of this hotel in order to be willing to pay for such high room rate price with minimal facilities, activities and add-on. Overall: Great experience and great service by the 2 stadd and will dine at the bar and Po once again …
