This was my second time staying on Sentosa Island, this location was more remote than the first hotel I stayed at, which was the only downside. This second time was for business, my first visit was vacation. The hotel is very open, which may be a problem for some if you don't like the mugginess (heat and humidity) of Singapore....

Bonjour! Thank you for taking your time to share with us your feedback. We appreciate it. I definitely take note of your comments and I do agree that the Hotel is located at the remote and exclusive side of the island. In spite of that, I am confident this will not deter you from coming back again. We love having...

This Hotel/Spa is perfect tranquility. From the moment you arrive, the smiling and helpful staff are a pleasure to interact with. An army of cleaners working all day to pick up every leaf or speck of dust. Perfect rooms, with fast and efficient room service. Kari, on the Concierge desk was perfectly helpful, he had to be singled out, as...

We enjoyed the facilities especially the large pool with many available lounging chairs. We tried both restaurants: buffet in Kwee zeen and ala carte in Il lido. Buffet was excellent with wide range of food and dessert. Il lido was excellent too, husband thought the pork ragout pasta was one of the best he has tasted. I thought the lemon...

What a wonderfull small boutique yet comfortable hotel! Everything from check in to check out was just superb and went beyond our expectation!  The front office lady nicely advised and gave us the room on 1st floor with terrace to the garden, so the children can interact with the peacocks. And they just loved the beautifull friendly creature. Also great...

Love this hotel! Excellent service, amazing food, relaxed atmosphere, the rooms are very good with a perfect aircon system (like a breeze) and lastly the lovely black pool. We just keep coming back. It changed ownership since two years and there is a bit more a business feel to the place. However, overall, excellent price quality.

Some comments: - Overall: a really great hotel. Location, condition, decoration, spa, ambience, service, transport, food - all really good - The food and drink are very expensive indeed - but by the rarified standard of 5* hotels on Singapore's Sentosa Island, my guess is that it is not out of line - There is a little too much cultural...

Stayed with family with connecting rooms. The setting is fabulous and feels Bali like. My partner and I stayed here for the last stint of our honeymoon trip. The hotel is beautiful and is situated at one end of Sentosa island with fantastic links to Resorts World.
