My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The Lind's rooms could rank amongst 5-star resorts based on its furnishings and toiletries. Airport transfers were smooth and the staff were very helpful whenever we had requests. The hotel sits on Station 1 of boracay and has a wider expanse of beach compared to those on station 2. Although the breakfast offerings were very good, we noticed that bacon was excluded from the buffet. Overall, we enjoyed the rooms, service, convenience of airport transfers, and location. We're definitely staying in this hotel when we return.

Me, my husband and our little wild son chose to stay at The Lind during the period of December 7th to 17th. I can say that the staff really took good care of us during the 10 days that we stayed.

Starting from the amazing free shuttle that made the ride from Caticlan to the hotel very comfortable since we have a little one with us.

When we arrived at the reception, Belle took really good care of us when checking in. She was also the one who helped us upgrading our room from Dec 14th to 17th so we could enjoy the sea view room, we had the garden room at first.

A big plus for us parents with small children was the free breakfast buffet, the chef was amazing and did dairy free food for my son who is allergic to milk protein, that was a big deal for us and we really appreciated it. Also the staff during breakfast was amazing and kind to us and our son, who ran around and was crazy all the time, they had so much patience towards him.

During lunch time, Gilbert took good care of us when we relaxed by the sunbeds serving us good drinks.

At dinner time, the amazing waiter Richard Ariñez took such good care of us every night.
He really made our stay at the Lind and I appreciate his hard work. Hope to see him next time, he did an excellent job!

The hotel overall is very good, very clean and cozy rooms, and they might have the best location, the beach was so much cleaner than the rest of the island. Very private, which is a big plus. Although the promoters for island hopping outside on the beach are not trustworthy, so don’t go to them. Book it through the hotel agency instead.

We will definitely come back to The Lind, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at with great services!

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for private beach access and with great pool facilities (a set of family pools and one beautiful infinity pool) which offer different but lovely views.

The sea view room we had was nicely laid out, though we did get visited pretty often by ants. The staff kindly left us a bug spray after our first night.

With everything being tiled, it was loud in the corridors and I was woken on more than one occasion by the staff talking on their radios, specifically the incredibly loud volume of their radio receiving messages.

The staff were always willing to help, but there was a distinct lack of attention to detail in a number of things, mostly on the F&B side: coffee spilled on the saucer when being delivered to the table, a number of menu items being unavailable (not in itself generally an issue, but when it took us 5 attempts to find something that was actually available after already asking what wasn't, that's not a great thing) or only delivering one glass of water when two were requested. I know this is picky, but for the rating they give themselves, and the price of staying there, I would expect attention to detail to be higher than this.

Having said that, I'd recommend staying here. Having walked the length of the beach from the hotel down to station 1, I don't think any other property had a better view or facility.

We chose the Lind Boracay during our recent honeymoon trip to the Philippines in early March. I cannot emphasize enough how great the service was. It was impeccable, seamless and consistent from the moment we exited Caticlan airport to the day we left.

Our Arrival Experience
The stress of travelling instantly melted away as we were whisked to the resort with cold towels, bottled water and chilled welcome drinks along the way.
Our room was lovely and well appointed with the most stunning view of the ocean. Of course we can't fail to mention the lovely honeymoon surprise and amenities orchestrated by Jet and Jeng from front office.

Our Stay
The property is located in a nice quiet part of the island. They offer shuttle services to and from D'Mall which makes venturing to the shops and restaurants very convenient should one wish to do so.
Our days started with a superb breakfast buffet spread. Followed by lazy mornings laying by the beach on their comfortable beach beds, reading. Security was discreetly present so we didn't worry about our things whenever we went for a swim. Their staff was so attentive that when we felt like having a drink, we never had to wave someone down but merely looked up and someone would already be on their way to ask if we would like anything. It was a nice touch that staff would address us by name.

The spa room honestly could be nicer as it felt more like a clinic then a spa but the massages and other treaments were heavenly and made up for it.

What a great experience! We were definitely sorry to leave at the end of our stay.

We have just visited The Lind for a 9 night stay and were really impressed by the warmth of the staff, modern layout of the hotel and most of all the location on white beach. The hotel lies in station 1 with a wide sandy beachfront where comfortable sun loungers are readily available. It’s quiet in this area which suited us perfectly but near enough to walk along the beach to station 2 when required- between 20-25minutes although there is a courtesy shuttle.
The beach is amazing but if you prefer a pool there are two which never seemed crowded when we were there. Although we had seen negatives about breakfast prior to our trip we found the variety and standard of food excellent both at breakfast and dinner.
We had a beach room which was really spacious and well equipped with water every day and goodies to welcome us back at the end of the day. The housekeeping was excellent.
Before we left the manager Zsolt Siket introduced himself and we then realised he’d been in touch with his staff to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and everything was going well with our stay. Customer service doesn’t get much better than this.
Thank you to everyone at the Lind for making special memories for us at your wonderful hotel.

I do hope that the brass of The Lind do read these reviews. Please. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. My SO and I had a really great experience. From the 21st to the 23rd of May, The Lind was home. Your staff are to be commended. Little handwritten notes add a great warmth. Cleanliness of the property is magnificent. And I have been to enough hotels to say that your breakfast spread is absolutely one of the BEST. Rooms are very spacious and comfy, cold water is accessible throughout, and your pools are tantalizing. From start to finish, the attentiveness of your people from the airport to the hotel (I never had to carry my bags!) is highly appreciated. IF, there was a suggestion that could be made, perhaps adding more food menu items. And The Spa prices (25% more expensive than Manila rates) (as well as the food in general) can perhaps be reviewed to garner more walk-in guests and orders from in-house guests. That's just me, though. Overall, FANTASTIC experience, and me and my SO cannot wait to come back.

Staff were beyond helpful and went the extra mile when requests/enquiries were made. They greeted you everywhere and anywhere which is always nice to brighten up your day. The Linds airport transfer service also made our arrival and departure into Boracay all the more enjoyable and saved us alot of hassle. Definitely had a 5-star hotel feel. Breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection of foods.

The downsides of the Lind was the bedsheets- where twice we had our bedsheets changed and both times, one or the other bed had blood stains on the sheets. It was only my partner and I in a room with 2no. double beds, so this didnt bother us as much as we just slept on the opposite bed.

Also, the security deposit for the rooms is excessive at P5,000/night. we were asked to pay P25,000. Generally, resorts/hotels charged at a fixed fee, although with the Lind this seems to be on a rate basis. Furthermore, speaking to other guests who stayed the same amount of nights, they were only asked to pay P5,000 or P10,000 for a 5-4 night stay. There needs to be consistency.

Lastly, the soundproofing of rooms was not great. Despite the TV volume is capped at 27 or 28, you can clearly hear the adjacent rooms throughout the day.

Despite the above mentioned, the good, most definitely, outweighed the bad and our stay was really enjoyable and I would recommend to others a stay at The Lind.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights and being one of the very few 5 stars hotel in Boracay, we were expecting good customer service and an overall awesome experience. To our dismay, there were 3 different wedding events on 3 out of the 5 days we spent there. In the 2 days we spent, only half of the front beach is available for use due to the event. I think roughly 10 pairs of lounging beds were there. We were staying in the beachfront room and the noise from music and host can be heard from our room at night. The last wedding event was held at the infinity pool but the host's voice can be heard wherever you are in the hotel (lol). Honestly, these events are normal for hotels like this, but I think it will be good if they would at least inform the guests staying prior to their stay because I'm willing to pay a hefty price for the exclusivity of the place and a good customer service. All our requests were delayed and I will always have to call for follow up. They said they were short staffed due to pandemic but they are also fully booked. So I hope they can only accept booking based on the number of their staff so everyone can be served in a timely manner. Lastly, we went for a beach walk as early as 7am, placed a "make up my room" sign by the door and we only got back at around 3pm in the afternoon. The room is still untidy and again I have to call cust service to remind them. Bottom line is, this experience is not worth the penny I paid for.

The Lind is a perfect vacation place for beach lovers visiting Boracay. The hotel's frontage is spacious and welcoming, with a great design and big windows for the sunlight. At the level of the lobby is the infinity pool with a great view of the water. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and modern. The bathrooms are even supplied with Malin+Goetz toiletries (a high class brand) and free flipflops are provided (that you can keep!). The are multiple pools, providing ample room to swim, and the environment is very relaxing as the pool area is surrounded by lush trees and beach beds.
The hotel staff is courteous and efficient. They provide us with every little thing we request for, even allowed food delivery when we had a carving for Jollibee. The hotel's van transports us to and from the hotel when we get tired from walking along the beach. On top of that, they made us feel safe with proper COVID precautions. Overall, we loved our stay at the Lind and would definitely come back again! Shout out to Ram,Gem,Joy,Jessy,Gracel,Lea,John,Kenny,and all the boys of the transpo! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Stayed at Lind for a night with family. 3 rooms. 46, 47, 48.

Upon booking, We requested connecting rooms for the 2 out of the 3 rooms. Unfortunately they weren’t able to fulfill the request due to max out connecting room requests. After checking in found out that room 48 can be connected to room 49. From the time we checked in til we checked out I think it was unoccupied. Other requests like the baby tub and baby sterilizer were provided. Our baby likes the pillow balls on the bed. Place looks nice also. In the rooms and pool it gives out modern city vibes. Once you cross the dining area you get the boracay feel - white beach blue water. Breakfast buffet had all the essentials. Hotel has a gym for those that fail to meet the beach bod and a kids room for kids that wants to play in a room instead of the beach. Hotel is best for group of friends. If you are unlucky enough you might here people still partying when it’s bed time.
Overall it was a good stay. Would consider going back.
