I stayed at Mandarin for 5 nights:). Location is absolutely perfect for the central of Boracay. Based on Station 2, we made the most of our stay in Boracay without having to travel or walk a fair distance. Lily, the manager of the resort was an absolute angel along with the coureous and friendly staff who are exceptionally kind and...

Boracay is the first foreign city i had ever visited and I had high expectations. The Hotel is as pretty as it looks in the pictures. The swimming pool with its blue waters is at the entrance and it adds to the beauty of this place. We had a tough trek with our luggages and were desperate for some help-...

I am rating the Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel with a 1 (really a zero) for the poorest customer service I have ever encountered in 40 years of traveling. My family and I were to stay at this hotel at a time of the year when typhoons are not supposed to occur (Dec 2015). However, a typhoon hit the day we...

I stayed at the Boracay Mandarin Island hotel for 3 memorable nights, thanks to the courteous hotel staff for making it a splendid experience. First off, it is recommended to take the hotel transfer from the airport...very convenient especially if you have lots of luggage. Otherwise be prepared to carry them across the beach yourself. We opted for the premier...

I booked 1 deluxe family room and 1 deluxe room. Upon checking in, the deluxe room was upgraded to premier room with seaview for free. Check in/check out was smooth. If you have a late afternoon flight, you can leave your things to their luggage area so you can maximize your time. The rooms were spacious and whatever request from...

I never write reviews after our trips abroad. It's not that I don't want to or see the value in doing so but as a fulltime working mum of two small children frankly I simply never find enough hours in the day. This time however I am making an exception because the truly wonderful Lili (Boracay mandarin island hotel manager)...

This hotel is smoking area everywhere. At the restaurant, around the pool, in front of rooms. Just a sign asking not to smoke inside the bed. The seaview room is so noisy. You feel like you are inside the disco. You can see prostitute going in and out of the hotel any time of the day. The restaurant is average,...

We spent our New year at boracay and we choose to book here. The pool will be their apple of the eye for the guests. Room was nice (nothing special). Staff fine. Maybe they are just tired since its a peak season. Food was great although its a typical breakfast but it taste good. Maybe we will try another hotel...
