Welcoming staff, good facility, great location BUT we found a lizard inside our room ! good for families with kid but not so much for couples, it's not so quiet in the morning ( you can hear the kids yelling and playing around the pool)

This is a beachfront hotel so it comes with their reserved beach chairs to laze & watch the beach life go by. It's at station 2, quite smack in the busy part of the beach. Rooms are a bit dated but decent size, comfortable bed. You can forget about the TV channels.Nice touch- they provide a decent pair of beach...

Good location and friendly staff, smooth checked in and out. We were staying at the premiere sea view where the balcony facing the pool. It's very noisy at night during this festive season as the sound proof of the room is not good. The toilet is too old and needs to be renovated. The bath tub has a lot of...

We have originally planned a trip with my 1-year old son and 14-year old nephew, and needed accommodations accordingly. Shangri la did not have a suit available for the dates we were looking, so we opted for the next best - Mandarin. The prices were ok, and for some reason the bell did not go off in my head when...

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Mandarin Island Hotel. Weary from the hustle and bustle of Manila the personable service of LLoyd, Faith and Vennessa made our stay so much more than just another hotel experience. The hotel is centrally located in the most popular areas of Boracay. Excellent nightly entertainment and meals in the the restaurant. If...

The Boracay Mandarin Island Resort is the kind of place that allows you to relax & unwind and yet is right on White Beach so you can party as well. The staff are the real gems in this safe, clean, well-kept & comfortable resort. My poolside king size bedroom was as comfortable as I could expect. The bathroom was spacious...
