just got back from a 4d/3n stay and if i have to summarize it is excellent. excellent in everything, from the front desk to the wait staff to the room service to the bartender. this is the very definition of a boutique resort - large enough to have sufficient staff and service, but small enough not to feel touristy. it has character and the management makes sure to have nice little surprise elements added to your stay. definitely coming back!
The place is located right in front of the beach. It’s away from the crowded place and the place is peaceful and quiet. If we’ll get back to Boracay we’re still choose Villa Caemilla to be our next home. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
My first time here in the philippines and on borocay has been truly unforgettable. you can walk straight from Villa Caemilla to the white beach you really think you are in paradise, the staff is very friendly and helpful (especially the restaurant staff and especially Roma if I can choose someone) they really take the time to have a chat with you to really make you feel at home. the room was spacious and clean and of european quality. Villa Caemilla is not too close to the busier part and we like that. water sports are within 4 min walk. if I have to mention 1 minus is that there is no backup for the coffee machine (I am a Dutchman and we start the day with a coffee) despite that we will definitely come back here next time.
We're so glad that we stumbled upon Villa Caemilla. It was just by accident since our previous accommodation was not that spectacular, and we decided to find a new hotel right away. Good thing there's one more room left in Villa Caemilla. What a lucky break! The place was great, and we particularly liked the relaxing vibe it has. Plus, it's only steps away from the beach. The room is clean so is the toilet and bath. The food at its resto is also good, and reasonably priced. We only wished that the fish and chips has lesser breading. But overall, the food is good. Try their sisig, beef tapa, baked scallops, longganisa, and the Caemilla. The staff is also very accommodating, which is one of the things we liked most in this hotel. Overall, Villa Caemilla is worth being on your list when you're looking for a place to stay in Boracay.…
Villa Caemilla was the best place to book in station 3 Boracay. It exceeded my expectations. It was totally the best choice I made in choosing a place to stay. The staff were all friendly and the hotel was very accommodating. The suite was clean and large enough to accommodate my family of 4. I really like the food at the hotel restaurant and the café as well. I highly recommended this place considering I had the best experience, Indeed It was the perfect place to stay at Boracay that was worth the price.
Our family love love love everything about Villa Caemilla. With 3 kids, the Family Suite is the perfect room for us. The room is huge! My kids are just running around the balcony, to living room, to bedroom, even in the bathroom. there is just so much space to move around. Our balcony has the perfect view of the beach and the beautiful sunset. My kids will just go down barefoot and go enjoy the beach while we watch over them in our balcony or while having breakfast in the resto. It's literally in front of the beach. Their breakfast is superb! The service from the staff are exceptionally amazing! They are all hospitable and friendly. They welcomed us with a refreshing drink, shell necklace and cold towel! They setup our room with Happy Birthday balloons, greetings and cake! Since this is a boutique hotel with few rooms, its not crowded at all. Thank you to all the staff for making our 1st vacation, after 2 years of pandemic, a memorable experience. We will definitely return!…
Villa caemilla , Was my choice from the start my partner wanted to stop at one of the larger places on the island however I really don't like 300 room hotels they have no sole and one feels like a number not a guest . From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with complementary drink and I felt a calming feeling straight away . The hotel feels contemporary/ up market beachy and has managed to achieve almost European boutique style this is largely because of the Dutch owners who obviously know what westerners like myself expect . The hotel is not cheap and everything is extra breakfast , drinks , and dinner seems on the expensive side compared with other local establishments however one has to compare eggs with eggs (ie) like for like "one gets what one pays for " quality will always shine and VIlla Caemilla does not disapoint . I would have no hesitation in staying there again in fact I wouldn't stop anywhere else the location is probably the best on the island certainly on stations 1-3 . Thanks to all the staff for making our stay on Boracay a memorable enjoyable experience .…
The three things that stand out the most for this hotel is 1. Great value for money (executive suite, amazing beach view) 2. Quiet spot 3. Exceptional warm, and professional service from staff (special mention to Josh, Wendy!) Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a simple boutique hotel in a peaceful spot. Activities can be easily arranged through their partner MyBoracyGuide. Villa Caemilla restaurant food and cocktails are also yum!!
Cosy resort with just 38 rooms provides the perfect "get away from it all" feel. Service from all staff was exceptional. Big pat on the back to Mitch and Paul. Room was well appointed and a large bathroom made it all the more comfortable. Welcome reception was very personalised from the shell necklace, welcome drink and the cold towel. . Wifi while available was not the best in room but has better signal in the reception/dining area. Small but adequate menu - well cooked, decent portions and well presented with prices comparable to restaurants in the area. Best to make any activities and airport transfers online as the reception staff did not seem equipped information wise to assist.
Positive: -They have van or pick up service from the airport under myboracayguide. -Welcome drinks (fresh coconut water) and welcome gift (seashell neclase and metallic water bottle). -Very accomodating and dependable staff. all my request are provided and even exceeded my expectations. -They also provide a complementary birthday surprise for my wife even if i only informed them 2 hrs before we went back to our room. -The food at the restaurant taste good and my kids loved them. Price is reasonable due to the big serving, taste, presentation and it will be serve either on your room or on the restaurant. Just dial 200 and provide your order. They will call you after 15-20mins and the food is already prepared on your table. -They also have massage service until 10pm, -You can refill drinking water from the bar anytime. -The room is spacious and clean. -Infront of the hotel, there is someone who can provide all water activities without hassle (john). He is always around and can be contacted anytime (09478031851). -Hotel is kid and family friendly -You can request for Banig on the front desk if you want to watch the sunset on the sand. -Globe and Smart Data Signal is strong (50+mbps) infront of the restaurant. Inside the room, around 1-4mbps. Things to improve: -drinking water or bottles hopefully to be provided on the room so no need to go down at the bar. -Soap hopefully to be provided as well in the future. -motorcycle service hopefully to be provided so customer dont need to walk much going to hotel after the van, specially when they are carrying bags. -Wifi speed can be improved (only got 1MB speed during our stay). Overall, our stay is fun and memorable in Villa Caemilla and will recommend to our friends and family. Its a hotel with a 5-star service. Thanks Villa Caemilla! 👍…
