The hotel is located in station 1 beach front. We booked a total of 3 rooms. The rooms were big, airconditioning is really cold. There's a couple of downside like there's a lot of mosquitos in the room, water pressure is really weak in the toilet, the free breakfast serving is really small. They don't provide free toothbrush and toothpaste... More

Hotel was a disaster. No privacy on the lounge chairs on the beach, Constantly harassed by vendors. Rats chewing through the ceiling, construction starting at 11pm through the night on the street. Not a place to chill! Never to return. This section of Boracay reminded me of Jamaica. Overrun with beach trash,

We stayed here for 4 nights in a Deluxe Family room and comfortably fitted 3 of us (can fit max 4 people). We booked it mainly for the location and it was within our price range for Boracay. It's located in between D'mall (main tourist strip where you can find the budget supermarket) and where we liked to swim further... More

Stayed during Holy Week 2016. Perfectly situated at Station 1, just beside the security guard post and activity area. Highly recommended place to stay with family. I was quite surprise how big the room was, it was very spacious and clean. The beds were enough to accommodate us (family 5). Staff were very accommodating with our requests especially housekeeping. Even... More

Stayed for 2 nights and had to leave due to rats chewing through the ceiling. Very bad experience. No privacy while trying to use the lounge chairs. Never to return!! Constant beach hustlers and garbage everywhere. Will soon be as bad as Negril beach in Jamaica. Too bad as Boracay is so beautiful.

Rooms were big,4 of us fit inside the room with 5 luggages. We went there Christmas 2015, everything else that was beach front was already fully booked, good thing we found this hotel. They have free wifi in the lobby. They have i think 10 beach beds available, and they usually have someone watch over your stuff if you go... More

We have an early vacation with friends in January. We stayed in this hotel and tell you not to expect too much from it so you can manage your expectation. Room- The room is big. We have 2 queen beds inside with lot of space to move around. The bath is okay. Hot and cold water in the shower but... More

Location is really good, almost in the middle of the party and family side of the Boracay island. The staff is friendly and speak English. They do provide breakfast, but it is very basic; so don't expect anything fancy. It is the perfect distance away from the party side of the Island; such that you can walk to the parties... More

I was much excited at the fact that it's just by the sea. You can walk out of the lobby to the white sandy beaches and the clear blue sea (green now during the seaweed season). The hq of all the watersports activities are here too, so its very convenient. Staff here are really nice too. Theyre always ready for... More

I travel around the world a lot, most likely for business but also private and what I can say about this hotel is that it has seen his best days already. I also stayed many times in executive rooms but the executive room from this hotel doesn’t deserve the name “Executive” at all. Too many disappointments from this room except... More
