The hotel is rightfully located at the center of boracay action since it is situated in station 2. The staff are warm, very helpful and accommodating, and they assist you in any concerns that you may have. Got the classic room which is actually big and spacious, with the usual amenities needed. However, there is no bidet in the toilet.... More

This was my second visit to this location and was surprised at the modifications that they were doing. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable after a day of being out. The staff once they found out I was a repeat customer made me a chocolate cake and it was very welcoming, first time any hotel has... More

Last minute booking with TripAdvisor and got this room at decent rate. Just at the beach, location is good, but not that convenient when checking in/out as the hotel is a distance away from the main room so you need to carry your luggage in/out.

Location is just in the middle of the strip with all the restaurants and bars on the white beach and at station 2. It has a beach zone with chairs which has a tourist guard looking after your personal items and keeping away the sellers. Chairs are not so comfortable but ok. They have a problem about the umbrellas which... More

Staff extremely nice, hotel is located right on White Beach. Rooms are fine for a beachfront hotel, don't expect the same type of luxury you get in a big city hotel. All rooms are non smoking but smoking on versnda is ok as well as bar and pool areas. Impossible to get a closer hotel to the beach as it... More

From the time I contacted Red Coconut about pickup/return to Caticlan until I checked out 12 days later I was made to feel very welcome by all the Staff. Their presentation and performance was exceptional. To the front desk personnel, the restaurant staff and the team at the disco bar without exception were totally focused on making my stay so... Very satisfied with my stay at the Red Coconut hotel. They even provided transportation from and back to Kalibo! "Classic" room was clean and fine, no view but it was in the back...quietly away from the loud front bar. I recommend the back rooms if you want it to be quiet at night. Breakfast was fine...lots of choices and new... More
