Affordable, cleanliness, the staff are all accommodating. One thing that I noticed is that, the walls are so thin. We can hear some conversation from the other side, which we don't want to. I hope you can do something about this.

Joined our friends in staying at the lakbayan for 2 nights. You get what you pay for really, paper thin walls ment you could hear the next room, sheets didnt smell nice, bathroom flooded easily, staff where ok. With a bit of effort could be a lot better.

The staffs were genuinely hospitable and accommodating. They also helped us with the arrangement of the airport transfer. We also loved the unique design of the hotel because it was made of native materials. However, during our stay, it was very noisy because of the on-going construction nearby, and even overheard the loud conversation from the other rooms (the wall...

Was able to book this hotel through online voucher which makes me say you only get what you pay for. First, we got the service/confirmation voucher but upon arrival they said they dont have that in their records. We have to call the booking firm first so they'll be able to figure out the disconnect. I even conference them in...

Hi, I don't normally write complaints/reviews but this one really deserves it. This is the most awful hotel I have ever stayed in and I am a seasoned backpacker and used to roughing it! I had to change rooms 3 times and still it was not right. Problems included: water coming in through ceiling, waking up in bed with ants...

We had to pay £46 a night because it was the week of Christmas. We arrived and there was poo on the floor, spiders eggs in the bed. Ants and bugs in every part of the room. We changed room but had to pay an extra £12 per night. We had no choice but to accept. Then the shower flooded...

Lakbayan is a cheap hotel found at the back of the Church in Station 1. We booked flight + hotel in AirAsia and when we arrived Casa Alonso, it seemed like they can't find the booking made So we had to wait for almost half an hour for them to verify if the booking in our itinerary was correct. The...

Lakbayan is one of the cheapest inns you would find in Station 1 in Boracay. Although not directly in front of the beach, it's only about 5 minutes walk to the pristine white sands of Station 1. The hotel is located in a residential area, behind the church. The way to the hotel is via a small road and then...

Classic "you get what you pay for" experience, I should have known. This place is right within the residential area of Balabag. This place does not even have a sign to its name. We checked in at a front desk with a sign that read Casa Alonso, the place looked nice. But then we were ushered to another place 20...
