Our whole clan stayed here during the Holy Week. This is our 2nd time. Check in was fast and we were given refreshments upon arrival. We were 16 and we got 4 rooms...2 deluxe rooms and 2 superior deluxe rooms. My family (we were 4) stayed at the superior deluxe room on the 2nd floor with a view of the pool. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with our room since air conditioning was not functioning properly. It was hot and we were sneezing all night because the room was stuffy. The next day, we complained to the front desk our predicament and they immediately upgraded our room at a very minimal price. We transferred to the premier room..and from there..we were able to sleep soundly and comfortably. Kudos to the staff and the supervisor during that time who really helped us..so sorry I was not able to get her name. This is a very nice boutique hotel with a very good location. Breakfast was ok..nothing to rave about. They always have a happy hour (but one take one on cocktails)..but the true gem of this hotel is their STAFF...from the security, housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, concierge..all 5 stars!!!! Take a bow Le Soleil..Taekwondo Family gives the Gold to this hotel..

My family and I stayed here at Le Soleil de Boracay for 4 nights. Our stay was very comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a balcony with an amazing view of the beach. The staff is very helpful and kind. What ever your needs they will accommodate you. I highly recommend staying here. Everything is near by but also far away from the big crowds. Keep in mind that this is next to a club. If you have trouble with just a bit of noise. I suggest getting the rooms that are further away from it so it is quieter. We did not have an issue with it. We always slept nicely, and our room was right next to it.

Just returned from a two and half week stay at Le Soleil. Rooms are great, very spacious and kept very clean, our room boy, Rodney was very helpful and did a great job. Pool was brilliant and had it to ourselves most of the time. The security guard around the pool, Nonoy was very helpful and a really nice man, very talkative and helpful. All the staff were pleasant and was always willing to help, with a smile. Unfortunately we had to spend most of the time around the pool and not able to enjoy the beautiful beach due to the restrictions that are in place on the beach, no eating, drinking smoking and also no sun beds, so for older people no very comfortable to lay/ sit on the sand. Loads of bars to chose from but also restrictions on smokers even though they are all in the open. Food was a bit hit and miss but would highly recommend the Red Coconut. Enjoyed our holiday but they should relent on the restrictions or they will lose a lot of tourists.

Le Soleil could not be better located for Station 2 in Boracay. It is right on the sand, in the middle of all the action and facing one of the best beaches in the world. It's one of the first hotels of Boracay and it shows in the rooms and some common areas - it could do with some renovation. Our room was terrible (do not accept room 229), it was spacious but old fashioned and tired. It was the last room at the end of a corridor where some supplies and old foliage had been dumped. The curtains were so thin, they did not block the daylight in the morning and the room overlooked another service area. Disappointing. Apart from the room, we were very happy with the hotel. We did not use the pool are but it looked very nice and inviting. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and the restaurant is almost on the sand, overlooking the beach. Staff everywhere are very efficient and super friendly, especially Leonard, in the restaurant. He was superb - very friendly and smiley, never missed a detail and anticipated all our needs - true asset to the hotel. The hotel offers transfer to the airport and that was very efficient too. Would definitely stay there again but definitely not in the same room.
