We had a terrible experience in this place. It started right when we arrived and they wouldn't accept our confirmed and already fully paid booking from 2 days earlier. It took us 30 mins argueing until they finally let us into our room. Next thing was a big dead cockroach in the bath room, I asked them did you really clean the bath room? The fridge was so rusted it could not be closed anymore, they exchanged it. TV and Hot water was not working, they fixed it after we complained. Our Room was in a bad shape, falling apart, cheap/broken lamps. Worn matresses, cheap bedsheets, noisy aircon which had to be unplugged to stop the rattling. Next day more big cockroaches, this time alive running over our toothbrushes, we complained and they gave us a spray bottle bug killer. Breakfast was toast and eggs with Nescafe. We had breakfast included but skipped 2 days completely, next day I asked for a second cup of coffee, they charged me for it because of inventory reason they said. Half of the resort was under construction, hammering all day long. Wifi supposed to be included, but they deleted my account 3 times, I spent 1.5h to fix it again and again with them, no need to mention that it was very slow and unstable, no wonder as most of the staff was sitting there all day long watching youtube. The only good thing about this place is actually the location right in the middle of Station 2, otherwise avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

We stayed at Eclipse for 4N,5D. The staff were very friendly. We stayed as a family of 5 with children aged 8,5 & 2. The room we had was pretty basic but comfy enough, not that we stayed there often as we explored the island. The shower was kinda luke warm the first night but cold every shower after which wasn't pleasant but in saying that we didnt say anything to the staff, it looked burnt out so not a quick fix, TV didnt work but we dont really watch TV so i guess it didn't matter for us. We had breakfast every morning included in our stay which was more than enough food. Its close to everything and the beach is right at the front. If your happy with a basic room than this place is fine. Its pretty quiet at night even though its close to the hustle n bustle of everything. The owner helped organize our transfer of the island to the airport and the staff were fantastic with our kids. Other than our cold showers i was happy with the place .

Where to start. From booking and email communication with the resort owners Mr. and Mrs. Filarmeo, everything is simply wonderful. The day I arrived, I was greeted with nothing but smiles and very accommodating staff. From the front desk throughout the entire staff, they all gave me the sense of welcome and comfort. The room was cleaned everyday by friendly staff who always asked if there’s anything else that I need to make sure my stay is a pleasant one. The cafeteria staff were very accommodating when it comes to your dining pleasure. Not to mention the wonderful tasty made to order food that I craved, it’s simply wonderful. The security guards who greets you every time you passed by with a smile and they always inform you to be very diligent and careful when leaving the property. The owner are very welcoming and they show genuine concern ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was great, the food was great, and spa was pleasant, but most of all the staff were all professional in doing their duties. My stay at this resort is truly been a pleasant one. I will ensure to return to this resort and tell all my friends and relatives that this is the place to stay when they come to visit. To all the staff of Eclipse Resort Boracay, Thank you for making my first visit to the Philippines after 34 years truly a pleasurable one. I will surely return and treasure more memories with my future visits.

My husband & I chose this hotel through Expedia. The photo online is totally different from the actual. The room was TERRIBLE. TV was outdated. It was so disappointing, rate was so expensive. They gave only 2 pillows and very thin bed sheet. There were ants all over the floor on our second day. It was Laboracay weekend so we had no choice but to stay in this Eclipse Hotel. We thought breakfast was included in the rate but per staff, it wasn't. Don't stay in this hotel. It's not recommended. The only advantage is that it is located in the beach front in station 2.
