Exactly a month ago, I travelled solo to Boracay for my birthday. That was my first time in the island but I felt safe and really enjoyed my trip. I spent two nights at Roy's and I wish I could have stayed longer because there's too much to do in the island and I felt really at home in this...

We spent 12 nights at Roy's and we loved our time there. The owners and staff are absolutely lovely and very accommodating. We made an error in our booking (completely our fault) and they could have charged us double (and I'm sure others would have) but they were adamant not to take any extra money from us. The bungalows are...

Roy's is a typical small Asian hostel made of wood and bricks. We had the upstairs family room with two person beds and hammock outside. We liked the hosts which are Pedro and Olivia. Outstanding old couple. Housekeeping was very friendly also. Breakfast was food ( fried egg, banana or mango, soms toste with jam and butter ). So far...

i super love this place! visited during lean season so we got a very good price for a bungalow cottage. i don't like airconditioning because i easily get cold. the owner let us rent the room without the ac so the price went down further. the other guests of other cottages didn't arrive so it seemed we had the whole...

We loved our time at Roy's. It's ran by this adorable couple that will help you with anything. We did come during the low season so I think we might have been the only people staying here. The couple does move slow so if you want everything right away it might not be the spot for you. But if your...

Roy's Rendezvous was great, it was tucked away from the beach so it was quiet at night times but so close that you could be there in a 30 second walk. There is also a great little beach bar with food and the best happy hour right on the beach outside Roy's. The accommodation is very simple but they have...

Free breakfast included was simple but just what we needed. Prepared whenever we wanted it between the hours of 7 to 11am, enjoyed on our rooms private balcony. The owners Roy and Olivia along with all the staff were very friendly and accommodating, coming in to clean the room every two days. Five of us stayed in a family room...

Five of us stayed in a family room at Roy’s Rendezvous in June of 2013. Normally the capacity of the family room is four persons. We appreciated the fact that we were allowed an extra guest for P250 per night extra. Adding in this fee, plus taxes, our cost per night was P2,600 or about $US 65, breakfast for five...

Roy's wife was very-very friendly and welcomed us. She helped us with a taxi, cooked a dinner for us and she gave us a plant (aloe) when we were sunburned. Staff were polite. The room was basic and clean, the surrounding area was a lot of green. Beds were comfy and the air con worked well. There is also a...

“Request for the detached bungalow if you're traveling as a family, it has 2 separate bedrooms with 2 twin beds and 1 queen plus 2 bathrooms. Bring your own toiletries, it is not provided. Print out a map to show your tuk-tuk driver the location of Roy's because it can be hard to find. Don't travel with a wheeled luggage bc you get off the ferry right onto the sandy beach.”
