This is your basic, simple hotel . The room was a good size for 3 people and clean. There was good AC and a nice TV. It is quiet and comfortable Unfortunately, we visited when low pressure with storms and rain. The waves were big and scary. The 2nd day we were there was a better day and you could... More

I was looking for a queen bed, AC, clean room with no moldy odor on a stretch of the beach that is less touristy, and less than 2000p. I checked about 10 different beachfront locations in station 3, and this was by far the best deal, great price, room was very clean, good AC, excellent location (removed from super-saturated tourism,... This place is a gem. We didn’t want to leave. Right on the beach of Station 3 with everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful here and a lovely walk up the beach should you want to seek out the shops etc in busier station 2. Everything close at hand including ATM. Although we were at a more expensive resort... More

On my way looking for a place to stay in Boracay in March, I walked in to this resort. There was nothing special with this resort, no swimming pool or whatsoever but conveniently located next to the beach at station 3. Check in went fast and I was able to get in to my room early in the morning. Room... More

We stayed in Marzon Beach Resort in Station 3 last January for 4 nights with my wife and our 2 kids. We booked the family room and it was a huge room and a good budget. The location is very quiet and nice internet too. The manager is very kind and very flexible to our request, they made our stay... More

Nice location in station 3 right on the beach close to lots of restaurants and bars. Around a 15 minute walk to D'Mall. Room and en suite bathroom were a decent size with hot water, wifi, air con and flat screen TV with lots of channels. Decent breakfast (egg and sausage/corned beef and rice/toast) included in price. Not really somewhere... More

The place is clean and comfortable, situated in a relatively quiet area in station 3. The room is basic - bed, air conditioning, TV, and its design is modern and pleasant enough. You also have to walk a bit to get to the resort since public transport does not stop at its doorstep. It is not 5 star luxury but... More

We have nothing against budget hotels, have have used in Thailand etc. but this was a new level. It was not clean and it was very old. We took a family room, it was very noisy, right beside the road. And there were not enough blankets, no hot water. We booked the room for 5 nights but only stayed one.... More

Very happy with the service of Marzon. The rooms are big and clean with just the right necessities. Each room as a nice sitting area outside where you can hang out and have your meals. The included daily breakfast is delicious and you can order bacon on the side for a cheap price. My favorite is the light breakfast, which... More
