Kudos to Mickey in the reception/front desk. I love how accomodating & kind she is. Also, it was a surprise that she upgraded our deluxe room to a premium one. My husband & I are newly weds, that's why I am so grateful that this upgrade is such a generous gift to us. May the Lord bless you abundantly, Mickey —what a great customer service! Great place to stay in Boracay. Check in was easy. With breakfast buffet and complete amenities. Nice pool! Staff was courteous and accommodating specially our check in staff Mickey. Room was clean and spacious enough for our family.
I like the majestic view on our room. If you book the one with pool access, make sure to request for room 107 just like what you’ll see in the pic. One thing I dont like about this henann hotel is the smell of their sheets and pillows. Sorry. But I still enjoyed my stay here nevertheless.
We Thank Hennan Lagoon for the quick and prompt service by their Reservations Team (Lesle) and a pleasant accommodation (Kudos to Front Office) especially Braemar and Ina. We have received Exceptional Service and Personal Touch from them. We have enjoyed our stay of 4nights, 5 days. Buffet breakfast are good, they’ve made it a point to have a good rotational food throughout the week. Restaurant side, pls be mindful of your Products. Make sure you have a wide Product Knowledge to answer the queries of your guests. Good thing your Lady Bartender has been very helpful and kind to us. Overall, we had an exceptional experience at Hennan Lagoon and looking forward to stay there again soon.
They are selling rooms at low prices and allowing Filipinos to stay 8 or more in rooms. I asked at the desk and they say the rule is 4 to a room, but I observed over an over again 8 or more coming in and out of rooms. The overcapacity causes a horrible customer experience for guests as the breakfast is ridiculous. Room service has many items out of stock to include even shrimp in the island of Boracay? Calls to front desk and room service are often not attended requiring many tries to reach someone. the Pools are beautiful and the property is good, but the management of the capacity of the rooms makes everyone's experience more like a 2 star experience.
5 star for Sir Braemar in the reception for allowing us to check in early since our arrival in Boracay is 10am. Kudos! 💗 But i got disappointed in 1 night of our stay because this is my first time to experience a well known hotel does not accept an outside food (we had a takeout brought from our dinner) and the guard asked us if we want to consume the food we need to stay in the dining area of the hotel with an extra charge, we just chose to dispose our takeout. Bummer. We checked out in the hotel around 5:30am since our schedule for pickup from hotel to airport is 6am. The girl receptionist (forgot to get her name) allowed us to eat in the breakfast buffet early even though the schedule is 6-10am. Thank you! ♥️

Very relaxing ambience and the staff as accomodating as well! The pools are clean and I like their hue of blue. I like the room lighting, they're very easy on the eyes and very helpful when you feel very tired especially after travel. To add, the room is well maintained and clean. I would definitely book my next stay here
Excellent service!! Easy and fast check in. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. All needs well attended. Very spacious and harmonious environment that are suitable for kids. Surely will come back next time and bring my family. Mr. Lester from the front desk is very helpful.
We recommend you stay at their Premier room with Pool Access. Great Service! Breakfast buffet has delicious selections! Though you have to walk 5-10 mins from and to the beach front, it’s really nice to take stroll once in a while :)
