Hotel stay was lovely. The room is excellent, the staff were accommodating. The set up of the room is pretty much the same as the other Henann hotel. Especially Jester at the front desk. He made early check-in possible. Will def come back

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always friendly, patient and helpful.Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Klea. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Rooms are clean. Food are great. It really was a fun stay, though we initially thought that this is kind of near to the beach yet you need to walk for like 5 minutes or more. By the way, kudos to Ms. Kate who have been very accommodating.

Superb service!!! Miss Jolina at the front desk is friendliest everrrrr to check us in ♥️ and the staff are so friendly, cleanest room, everyday with new fresh linen, new towels. I would definitely recommend this for budget friendly henann experience :)

VIP lounge - we had Felix serving us for the 5 mornings at breakfast. Fantastic service. He remembered our food and coffee order right from first day. Always welcoming and we were never left awaiting a refill or anything we requested. Great member of the henann team.

Felix served us for breakfast every morning and was fantastic. He noted we enjoyed fresh milk in our coffee and served us fresh milk for our coffees the following mornings. He remembered our orders and was very polite and professional. Highly recommend Felix’s service.
