When we arrived at the Resort we were greeted by their friendly Staffs with a big welcome smile and gave us welcome drinks! The Staff at the reception was very accommodating and very friendly... The room that we had was Standard room, it was not that big but it was ok for us. The room was clean and the AC... More

We had superior quadruple room and a premium king room + location, right at the beach and close to station 3 and 2 + price is ok + comfortable beds, and rooms look nice - very noisy rooms especially from 7 AM due to reconstruction work - water is getting into the room when raining - you have to pay... As the offer was going on, we hardly paid SGD 250 for our 4 days stay. The rooms were average. Few things to be looked at were no toiletry were given. Breakfast is not a buffet, so as a complimentary breakfast we had same food for 4 days with no vegetarian options. No water or any room service in the... More

Thank you very much for your feedback. We will keep it in mind about the update on toiletries to be given away and the concern about the breakfast for vegetarian options. More

We had booked this through The Shadow Travel Agency @ Clarke Pampanga. We were party of 12 people, booking under Gatdula/Suaiso. This Hotel doesn't deserve 3 star, it's the worst and the dirtiest Hotel ever. We only stayed for one night and had checked-out the next day. We had three family rooms, 110, 214, 303. We are now currently checked-in,... More

We booked the grand family room at the new building from July 20-23 and was satisfied with the accomodation. The room has 4 double beds (maximum of 8pax), has a small sofa, TV, and cabinet. The comfort room was spacious and water pressure is okay. Complimentary breakfast were served for 2, food is okay. (Nothing special) There was an ongoing... More

We got the executive rooms, it's surprisingly spacious compared to what was pictured in the rooms. The toilet was bad though, the water spilles from the shower area to the toilet area and the sink cabinet was too bad. AC wasn't strong enough for the room as well, but overall, big room, comfy beds and nice TV. Breakfast was horrible... More

The resort has the middle portion of its property leased to a very busy dive shop that caters to travelers on packaged tours that include introductory dives (and these travelers, most of the time, are not necessarily resort guests) so expect to bump into divers going and and out. Dive orientations/classes are also held in the courtyard, so it can... More

Overpriced and Food was terrible. We ordered the breakfast sandwiches and they had been smothered in miracle whip not mayonnaise. Tasted cheap and luke warm. The waiter did not bring water for us both. Only brought water for my boyfriend. Then he only brought my boyfriends food. I had to ask 3 times. Really bad experience.
