I would like to thank the whole hotel staff, they are very accomodating specially Rechelle and Nica of Reservations. Kathrina, Jenny and Aila of Frontdesk. Hotel is definitely a gem in station 2. In fact, we are coming back next month. haha! Food is really good, breakfast is superb! They make sure that all guests were served orderly and safe. Skypool is the best part. We had the pool access and premiere with sea view rooms. Trip is really worth it! Thank you Henann Palm, see you soon! More power and God bless! ❤️
Accommodating frontdesk and approachable! ❤️ Thank you ate Eriza and Marie! Good stay here at Henann Palm Resort. Clean, organized, polite staff, 😘😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️ Good food! I can’t complain anything. Super sulit ang stay for 4D3N! Extend pa more. Sana medyo ang matagal and sky pool. Hehe.
Had a great time in boracay not only because of the nature but also the hotel and its amenities. Would like to commend and special mention Jenny from front desk who provides great smile despite the masks she’s wearing and provides great excellent service !!!
I am giving this hotel an average score. First thing you have to know is the internet is so slow. I work remotely and so I have to use my own data just to work. Second is the breakfast, it’s in small portion and sometimes the food is salty and sometimes its bland. Believe me, I am not choosy when it comes to food, and when I say it’s salty and bland, it is salty and bland. The room is spacious. They have bathtub and amazing view and balcony. The pool is over the top. Which they have 2, one in the ground floor and the other one is the sky pool. We never used the pool in the ground floor because it’s intimidating. It’s as if it was built to be used by the people who are occupying the rooms in the ground floor because the pool is at their doorstep. Would you use it and relax knowing that someone is in their balcony across you while having coffee and you swimming. Lol, I can’t. However, the sky pool is amazing. You feel like everyone is equal, so you can just swim and sit in the poolside without thinking. Just minding your own business. And because there’s no room across the pool! Lol! The service is not over the top, which I fully understand. They have a huge number of rooms and if you ask them to make up your room, it would probably take them 2 days to accommodate. That’s what I experience. 2 days and continues follow up. We are too lazy to go out and have dinner, so we ordered in their restaurant and asked them to deliver in our room. The food was amazing and cheap! You should try it! Overall, it’s okay. I would book again for the sky pool for a day, but I would rather stay longer in another hotel like Hue, Belmont, Savoy and the stand.…
We enjoyed staying in this (I can say), luxurious resort. We got the most accessible room which is right beside the main entrance going to the beachfront (room 131, if i’m not mistaken), which also has a direct pool access. And just one level going to the sky pool which is super breath-taking. Staffs were polite especially the two ladies on the frontdesk when we checked out last January 22, 2021 around 10am. Sorry I forgot the names. I will be back on Feb 22-26 with my family (group of 15), and hoping to get the best rate. Oh! And not to mention their welcome sweets. Thanks
