The breakfast was awful, do yourself a favour and o to local health cafes like Nonies or The Sunny Side on the beach. Boracay isn't a health food place like other Asian destinations as they worship american food and fried chicken. The pool was not relaxing, felt more like a public pool than a resort as the facilities and street market are part of it so it feels like an open for all. The hotel rooms were not that clean, we had to wipe the benches and vanity before placing out stuff. The lemongrass smell is synthetic oil, we asked for it ti be removed.

This trip didn’t start smoothly. If you booked your reservation through an OTA, better confirm with the hotel directly if they got your booking otherwise, you might end up not having a room once you reach the hotel. Less than 10 days to our trip, we were informed by the hotel that our bookings were not confirmed. Since we booked 3 rooms, only 1 is reflected in their system. This was rectified within an hour and I want to commend Nicole for putting up with us and who fixed the issue promptly despite all the challenges. She kept calm and remained helpful despite the ‘stress’ that was placed on her shoulders. Accommodation and Facilities - THE BEST! Doesn’t matter if they are not beachfront, the hotel itself compensates for it! Their NYE’s celebration made our stay even more special Staff - again, the BEST! From the reception, bell boys, security and lifeguards. They are all helpful and accommodating. Makes me feel safe to have my kids play in the pool. The only thing that I want them to work on is their Spa rooms - it needs some renovation and the towels have holes in them. It’s not the same standard as their bath/pool towels that are fluffy and smell great. The rates are worth it! Will definitely go back to the same hotel!
