Detailed Reviews
Where to start! Ricky and his team are amazing. I was made to feel so welcome. From the minute I arrived (friends arrived few days after me) I felt comfortable and at home. Zoe certainly know how to party!
The food is delicious. Queen Regine and her team are brilliant. Mon-fri 7-8pm is free rum, just 40php (60p) for mixer!
The beaches are in close proximity. As is the d-mall. We had no power/electricity/ due to the typhoon. I couldn’t pay on arrival as I didn’t have enough cash as I couldn’t get any out (atms weren’t working) but Ricky was awesome and reduced my anxiety about not being able to pay and helped my locate the only working arm! Can’t recommend enough. Had the best time.

Good, cheap place to stay away from the crowds. Recommended if you are travelling alone and would like to get out of the noise from the hostel next door (Mad Monkey). You can relax on-site at the restaurant or on the outside couches and the manager is really friendly and helpful.

Great location and value for money. No need to commute as both the White Beach and Bulabog Beach are within walking distance. Same goes for restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Attentive staff. We got the family room for our group of 5 so we had bunk beds. We liked the thoughtful little touches like privacy curtains and a pair of wall outlets for each bed for charging your gadgets. Wishlist? Full length mirror, retractable clothesline in the bathroom and clothes rack in the closet.
Overall, highly recommended.

My stay was short and I took the dorm. The location is not too far from White Beach and is pretty much a 2min walk from Balabag Beach. The hostel dorm was liveable, but not very clean and had food, a falling apart AC unit and so on.
The kitchen was in decent shape and provided okay food. I think it was fine for a night or two, but longer term I would choose elsewhere for comfort and cleanliness..

The staff at Chill Out were SO friendly and caring. The food is delicious and the showers are large. It's a great place to relax and have a more mellow vibe and drinks with friends. If you're really looking for a big party, you can walk right next door to Mad Monkey for that, but then easily escape all that noise and sleep well by walking back to your bed at Chill Out :)

stayed for 5 days and it was a great experience! staff are very accomodating. and for those looking at some place to stay where they can work from home, their wifi and connection inside the room is pretty good 👍 there is also a coworking space nearby if ever (musyon). very good location as it is just around 5mins walk to Dmall. If you intend to stay here, check out eskinita resto nearby as well!

Wow what an awesome hostel!
From the kind staff, clean amenities and the location, this place was well worth the money. If you need a quiet place so close to the beach, I would highly recommend this place.
What a great innovation they have to offer free drinks over the weekend from 7 to 7:30pm!
Simply my number one choice should I visit Boracay’s white beach again.

This is a good hostel! Ricky is a great host who somehow remembers everyone’s names! Rooms are clean and cool. Location is pretty good, about a 7min walk to white beach. Food at the restaurant is really nice. Right next to Mad Monkey so you can party if you want, then have a chill place to sleep.

One of the nicest places Ive been. The crew is amazing. When I was staying there, we went to a karaoke place and it was so much fun. Furthermore the food in the restaurant was very good. I can recommend the chicken Adobo. The sheets in the dorm are a bit small but I’m sure if you ask you will get a bigger one. I still miss the crew.
