We spent a couple of nights. Hotel is distanced from the center about 15 minutes on a tricycle. There is peace. The food is very good and the staff is nice. The pool is large and clean. Rooms are simple but clean and sufficient. The hotel offers massages, which are high quality and also arrange tours or other activities. There...

We booked this hotel through agoda, the photos looked amazing.. But amazingly false... this hotel is under renovation, the pool water was green and we had no water in our bathroom, the new owner was most apologetic, we were the only guests as all the others were told not to come, but agoda failed to tell us this,

Just before i begin, i emailed this "resort" countless times to confirm that all parts of my booking were perfect. We organised airport pickup to the "resort", giving them our flight details. Our flight was delayed, and from my understanding any decent hotel would assess the flight details prior to picking up their guests. Easy to do online. We arrived...

When you take the name of one of the great luxury hotel chains, you set up the expectation that you're offering luxury accommodations. What they have here is an odd simulacrum. The hotel is not bad, they try to maintain it, it is relatively clean. The furniture is pretty uncomfortable. To call the beds hard is an understatement. The sofa...

It is the high season in Palawan and not many places are still available. So I was very worry when the Oberoi looked empty. What a nice surprise when arriving the place... It is somewhat far and not in the center, it is somewhat old and been renovated maybe not to the most high expectation but it is great place....

It is a poor resort, run by non professionals, not up to international standards. The only positive element is the fact that it features a swimming pool, though very deep, 240 cm everywhere (not suitable for kids, nor elderly). The rest is awful and not clean, the staff is passive, indifferent, untrained. I booked a family cottage accommodating 6 (as...
