Stayed here for 2 nites, all I can say is that, this is not your typical 5 star hotel. This only offers a simple bed, with 1 chair ,and not so bright light at night, (your cellphone flashlight is way more brighter than their ceiling light). Constructions goin on, but here's the deal,, when we open our veranda,, Viola...we had... More

The staff is actually really sweet, but the hotel is just not good enough for us to come back or recommend it. The rooms are actually also fine with aircon, tv and hot water - but the hotel could use a makeover. And it would be nice if the staff cleaned the room everyday: make the bed and get us... More

Wasted money. Very noise neighbors, every 2-3 nights new Philippians family with very noise kids - they screaming all nights. New building construction every day from 8 am to 6 pm, just behind the room door. The walls and doors very poor, you can hear every fart of your neighbor. A lot of mosquitoes at evenings, and they will bite... More

I stayed here for 4 nights and felt right at home! Staff are incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. They'll clean your room upon request but generally not otherwise but they do know how to make you feel at home. The place is incredibly serene, some ways from town (about 10 mins via tricycle (30 pesos) but I'm not one to... More

The room is fine. We had a standard room right in front if the beach (unfortunately we didn't enjoyed the view so much as there was a typhoon. The breakfast is fine but they are only open for breakfast, meaning you have to go somewhere else to eat because nothing is open around to grab some bites. The location is... More

Hotel needs to refurbish. Only plus is there is a nice pool to soak in after Island hopping. It is by the bay so the local boats can pick you up and drop you off if you go island tour. About 2km away from the city center. Food in the restaurant is quite good but no western cooking. Free breakfast... More

Simply the worst hotel in whole Philipines. Stay away from this nest of ants ruled like a nightmare. And it is very expensive !!!! Incredible. When you arrive, nobody pays attention to you. When you leave, neither. There is a Rest. .... full of ants. The (expensive) room has no towels and, as there is no phone, you have to... More

Since my girlfriend is a biologist, our stay at the Four (or All) Seasons resort was rather interesting: colonies of ants and other insects crawled through your room, including the beds. Since we're in the Philippines, that's something we could overcome... Smelly towels, dripping showers are somewhat compensated by the nice view and pool. However, during our second night, around... The hotel uses energy saving light bulbs but they could have use a little bit more wattage on their bulbs. Our room was dim, and it was hard to read at night, hard to take a shower at night. There were tiny ants in the room so we had to move all the bags that had food on it outside... More

Dear Maam Gilda, Thank you so much for your good comment we value your review, regarding the aunts problem, some of our guest also talked about the aunts inside the room.. We don't know why maybe it's because this time is rainy season, but we hardly to find a solution to this problem. And with the road concern, it's our... More
