The view of this hotel is fantastic, specially at sunset, but El nido itself is breath taking anyway. If you are staying at this hotel just because of it's picturesque panoramic view, it's not worth to waste your money here. The room smells of floor wax, the bed is squeaky, the bathroom gets flooded after you take a shower and... More

I stayed here with my partner for 3 nights to chill out at the end of our trip to the Philippines. Although the price was higher than everywhere else we have stayed, it was worth it. El Nido is quite busy but Las Cabanas is in a beach about 15 mins ride. There are other places to stay and a... More

What a gorgeous little find this resort was. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with verandahs overlooking the beach, great restaurant. Only word of warning.....there is no transport to the resort, you have to carry your luggage down the beach. Worth it though.

My boyfriend and I took a plane from Manila to Puerto Princessa. We did not book a transport but we jumped into a van that had charged us 600 pesos one way each. The drive was 5 hours long, however we did not tell the driver which hotel we were going. We were under the assumption that El Nido is... More

If it cost half of the price it would be okay, but for the price they are asking its a very poor hotel. There is no electricity, no hot water, no internet, they dont accept credit cards, no aircon, food was tasteless and stuff was slow and stupid. Also the place is full of homeless dogs, I saw once the... More

Location: Great for sunset, the views day or night, and the beach is great (although further down as it isn't great for swimming right in front of the resort). Stunning location visually. I would recommend if you plan to go into El Nido a lot to enjoy the nightlife, maybe stay on corong corong for a few days and come... More

I traveled with my mum and sister, lovely cabin and really friendly and amicable staff who helped us when needed. Breakfast was nice but would have liked more fresh fruit. It's a nice alternative than staying in the centre of El Nido which is fast becoming quite overcrowded in some parts.

This beach is def worth a visit...if you a free day just to relax..this is where to go! There is beautiful scenery, bar and restaurant and soft sand! It's only 10-15 minutes on tricycle and only pay 50peso max 100.they will say 150 big if you walk to the top of the road there is ones available there and cheaper!!

We stay at las cabanas for 7 night and we love it. it is not for everyone since the amenities are very basic (no TV, no hot water, internet is not good) so there is nothing to do after dark. The views from our room is to die for especially during sunset (we are at hut #4). The food is... More

Stayed at Las Cabanas from the 21st till the 25th of Feb. Had a wonderful time. Stayed at house #4, great view of the sunset. The staff was great, Hazel, Charmaine, Rizza and Veerlyn. One down side is the dogs. (they start barking/fighting around 3am in the morning, Please do something about this.) The food was prepared well. Please be... More
