Late review. Very nice place and friendly staff. The owner was so nice also. Loved the pool!!! Beach in front was not so nice. We were given an upgrade because there was a leak in the ceiling of our room .thank you so much for that.

The Sunset has it all. As a family of five we spent 14 days there. The hotel has it all. It's a peaceful get away from the other busy beaches, like White Beach, but yet close if you need the party all nigth long. The hotel is really nice, clean and safe with a crew that really makes everything to...

It is a beautiful resort! The staff Lez Jenna Kayla (and 2 others sorry I forgot) were amazing. The staff at Aninuan are very helpful and informative. The staff, whoever answers the phone whenever I call was always so nice and very helpful. We are a blended family of 5 kids total (my mother and brother also joined us) with...

A welcoming medium sized resort that simply works for families, big, small, young and old. Proprietors Lexy and Mark pull out all the stops to make sure all guests feel part of the family-- often times joining you for a drink and even personally leading tours to local tourist destinations. We were here right after typhoon Nina hit (which devastated...

Sunset at Aninuan really saved what could have been an awful New Years Eve weekend. My family and I booked 3 nights in another resort and unfortunately the other resort did not inform us that they did not have electricity, water and swimming pool use until after we arrived. We decided to stay for the night to see how things...

This was an excellent resort. The staff was so helpful and kind. If we ever needed anything, the staff as so hospitable. Everything about this resort was great. The food, the rooms, the staff, the pools, the beach - it was all great. The only reason I might not come back is the price. All the food was delicious -...

I showed up at Sunset at Aninuan at the beginning of a long holiday weekend unannounced and I was immediately shown a room by the polite staff. I had had reservations at a White Beach resort but checked out immediately. Don't bother with White Beach unless you're looking for a shabby version of Boracay. I had last been to Aninuan...

For those wanting to find an escape for a weekend from Manila (or further afield) then this is a fantastic option. In 3 hours you can be at the resort (door to door) - 1.5 hours by car to the private ferry terminal in Batangas / 1.5 hours private boat. There are other options by using the public ferry. The...

This is a beach hotel. Hotel emailed me upon booking giving me valuable directions and advice how to get to the hotel. That alone saved us a lot of time. Rooms are good for a beach hotel. We spend most our time at the beach so we needed a comfortable hotel. This was fine. No phones in room so don't...

Very cozy beach resort with a homy ambience. You will not get disturbed by vendors. The sunset is fabulous especially with a nice house cocktail in your hand. If you like to to nothing and just enjoy the sun, beach and relaxed ambience then this is your place. Went there with my family, stayed 3 nights and we went home...
