last month I went to Yogyakarta with mom. we used train from Surabaya to Yogya. It took about 5 hour to arrive at Yogyakarta. We stayed in a homestay name : 105 Homestay. Before staying there, i searched information in trip advisor or website to check the condition and how comfortable this homestay. I can give value for this homestay...

This hotel offers budget rooms on a quiet lane just off the main backpacker street. Though lane is quiet, the planes and call to prayer are very loud (not the hotel's fault, but a consideration in this neighbourhood!). Linens and towels are very old. Beds comfortable enough and the large, high bunk bed style is a nice novelty and offers...

I think I would like to stay there if I wanna hang around malioboro street and be with group. Eventhough we need to walking through alleyway, the room and facility are good enough with good deal price. Everything is clean and good smell as we stayed there. The staff was friendly, too. Fair enough to stay over night in group.

This place is terrible. No bed sheets or towels. Filthy bathroom. No toilet paper. The beds smell terrible. Bulky guest house key. Staff sit in the hallway and are very loud at 6am (Laughing and playing music). Staff are dismissive. I am not high maintenance, but this place is just terrible. I booked as a last resort and left early...

Booked the air conditioned room for IDR 200k. The room was clean, small bathroom with shower that isn't working properly. Overall, not so bad, probably will come back because of the very strategic location.

Only IDR75.000/person/night for AC room. However, price was never lie. You can't ask too much for this price. The room is quite small, but what's important to me is that this place is clean. I'll gave 3 stars for this homestay..

Very basic rooms: clean, but smelly and noisy at night, not very comfortable WC. Nice neighborhood but people at the reception cannot speak English and it's impossible to communicate with them. Lonely planet recommend it, I don't.

We went here because of the recommendations in lonely planet. This turned out to be a mistake. The room with fan was really cheap, 125 000 but it was very dirty and moist. Didnt want to shower here. The atmosphere of the room was bad as well, nothing like the gaudiesque rooms LP writes about. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Spent one night here because we arrived late and were too tired too see even more places. The room with air-conditioning (190.000 Rp) was moist and the bathroom was not very clean. Breakfast was included but was a cardboard takeaway box with cold rice, an egg and some spicy chicken sauce. Not what we expected... It is what we have...

The price was alright, although the room was damp and mouldy. We had to ask reception to clean the bathroom, which was constantly wet as runoff from the air conditioning kept on dripping in. It was loud at night and in the early morning. The room was somewhat dirty and the bathroom more so. The bed was alright. When we...
