The room hotel is comfortable, and the location is strategic. I walk from malioboro to Titik Nol Kilometer is not too far from the hotel. Also i got free shampoo, soap, 2 toothbrush and toothpaste, haircap, sandal, water heater, tea, & sugar. Come here again ? Maybe no, bcs there is still more good hotel like Dafam hotel, Whiz Hotel, and El Hotel....
The best thing from this hotel is near to the city centre. The hotel itself is located in Dagen street, near the famous Malioboro street. For breakfast, the taste is average, not so many various food being served. The room cleanliness is also need to be improved. I found so many hair in the bed sheet. But compared to the rate, everything is still OK.
When check in FO staff asked my payment to rounding up to near rupiah citing that will looking good on posting the rate, rare but I let it go never been asked this way except in supermarket :) The amenities is complete. Internet fine, breakfast no complain. AC have dripping water. If they can clean thoroughly the room it would be perfect.
Haaaayyyy, I want to review again, now I want to review Jentra Dagen Hotel (Malioboro, Yogyakarta), lets check my review :) First time for me to come to Yogyakarta and I choose this hotel from Traveloka because the price is friendly and good location. This hotel have a very strategic location in Malioboro, Malioboro is center of Yogakarta and near from Yogyakarta / Tugu train station (just for eksekutif + class), you can walk if you from Tugu train station and you walk from tugu - malioboro - jentra (around 500M) and you walking with a good ambience in Malioboro street. But I have a bad experience with this hotel about the service and cleanliness, for the the first I do the check in process then I go to ny room but the key card can not work then I go to reception to resistem the key card, but for the twice the key tap can not sync with the key card, I go to the reception again and command the staff to follow me to my room and they do to tap the card but can not work again so I tell the staff to try use they master card and room opened, the room can open only use the master card (already try with 3 key card), so the staff tell me to move the room, in second room have a trouble too, the electronical can not work the I move to another room again, so for it's a bad first impression. Then I have attention about cleanliness in the bad sheet, from 1 until 3 room have a bad cleanliness in bad sheet. Breakfast for me very bad, no variation. I gift 4 star because: 1. Very good price 2. Very strategic location 3. Good room Thanks for attention guys :)…
What can we say ..being located in Dagen, which is very close to the famous Malioboro street is already a plus for this hotel. We booked several types of room for our family trip (one of them was a 3-occupancy room), and found them quite well maintained, although we found some water drips from air conditioning. Breakfast is a bit annoying around 7-8 AM as most of the guests would take their breakfast as early as possible so they can start their day ; while the ratio between seats and guests seems to be not too comfortable for high seasons. Not too many choice for breakfast, mainly local food, with alternative of bread and cereals. Staff were helpful and nice. Elevator unfortunately went off service during the hours of our checking out :) ..and then we had to take our luggage all the (stair) way from 3rd floor down to the lobby. Anyway, overall, it is quite OK, as we won't spend too much time in hotel while we are in Yogyakarta. For a quality rest, this hotel is quite good compared to others in the same street.…
