Room felt dirty. Bathroom particularly. Slow service. Breakfast OK but they ran out of coffee and took ages to replenish. Reception was extremely helpful. Security staff was also helpful when we needed to cross road to train station.

I stayed here for three nights. The room was spacious and clean, and I believe all the rooms look into the pool area which is nice. The location is also good for visiting the nearby temples as you don't get caught in the traffic of the old town. It's also close to a bunch of great restaurants. I only had... More

This hotel is located besides Tugu Station, Yogyakarta and near Malioboro street. We can hear and see the train and Malioboro can be reached by walking. This hotel so comfortable, and based on map posted in each hotel room door, there is a swimming pool but unfortunately we know that information just a moment before checking out 😔 The breakfast... Stayed here for 1 night on Friday in February 2016. Receptionists were nice and offered Superior room at IDR600,000 as we did not have pre-booking arrangement. The parking people were terrible with bad communication as my parking space was taken over by an incoming car when I tried to park my car. Room is clean, spacious and has ample amenities.... More

Stayed 1 night here during company outing activity. The room was clean and spacious (I think it was a deluxe / superior room with twin-bed, since reservation was made by my office). The only advantage of staying in this hotel is the location. It is opposite the railway station & only 5 minutes walk from the well-known Malioboro street.

So, I went here with my family for 3 nights.. We were on a trip to travel around Java Island. The staffs here are very friendly, the check in process took around 10-15 minutes which is quite long for me.. We got a welcome drink (tamarind juice if I'm not mistaken), and went straight to our room. The room is... More

This is one of those hotels where the moment you enter you realise that you have made a terrible mistake. The only benefit is that the hotel is directly opposite Tugu station and you are catching a train early in the morning, but so are other hotels such as the Neo Malioboro. The reception staffs have clearly been following Fawlty... More

Stayed here from 1st-4th October 2015 due to my prefered nearby hotel fully booked. It's an old fashioned 3 star hotel. Book through Agoda & paid IDR 1,800,000 for 3 nights. Don't waste your time requesting for room type as I was given a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room which I have requested. Anyway, I accepted because room... More

Room was okay and clean. Pool is a plus though small. But the hotel overall is old and there are better options in Malioboro. Restaurant is too small, during peak hour 8 am - ish, you can't get a seat! I chose this hotel only because the better ones were full.

“The new standard rooms are at the back, away from the main street & train station so quieter. Being newer, they are excellent. AC worked perfectly. Showers & toilet worked perfectly. We got room 327. However we had to take a flight of steps since they did not install an elevator in the new wing.”
