She consistently went out of her way to ensure that all my needs and requests were met promptly and with a smile, creating a pleasant and memorable stay as always. Miss Audrey's commitment to excellent customer service stood out during my entire stay. She consistently displayed exceptional attention to detail, taking the time to address any concerns or inquiries I had, and always providing informative and helpful responses. Her knowledge of the hotel's facilities and local area was extensive, ensuring that I was able to make the most of my stay. Not forgetting the personalised welcome and birthday card they wrote by hand for my daughter and I was really heart whelming.

Furthermore, from the moment I stepped into the Club Lounge, I was warmly greeted by your dedicated staff. I would like to commend the exceptional guest service provided by the Club Lounge team, Miss Yuli, Miss Niza and also Mr Irvan. Their genuine smiles, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm made me feel instantly welcome. Throughout my stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The level of attention to detail exhibited by your Club Lounge team was remarkable. They remembered my preferences and anticipated my needs with remarkable precision. Whether it was a refreshing beverage or a delicious snack, they effortlessly catered to my desires, making every moment spent in the lounge a delightful experience.

Not forgetting the FnB staff service at your establishment is truly exceptional. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff members have made every visit a delightful experience. They always go above and beyond to ensure that the customers are comfortable and their needs are met. Their knowledge of the menu is impressive, and they are always ready to provide helpful recommendations and answer any questions. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the FnB staff is commendable, creating a seamless dining experience for everyone. Their genuine smiles and warm hospitality make each visit memorable. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent service. Kudos to Mr. Nicholas, Mr. Tony and Mr Fackrul for the consistently exceeding expectations!

Thank you Raffles Jakarta for the warmest welcome and greetings. Thanks to Mr. Ikram for arrange the kids amenities for my nephew, also pastry team who make a beautiful macaroon. they really surprised and love it! All the staff were attentive and professional, Thanks Mr. Yudi for taking care my check-in process.

During this pandemic they provided us hygiene kits in every room, we very much love all the services. look forward to coming back!

ps: i got a little box of happiness (chocolate praline) with a sweet notes from the butler Mr. Geri, Thank you very much!

Excellent experience from the start to the end. Smooth check in, nice room, nice layout, super clean, they apply covid protocol very well, top notch hospitality. A welcome letter on our room's table, welcome drinks delivered to the room (must try the signature drink with generous fresh mulberries in it), we're very delightful to receive cookies decoration pack from the Hotel - we love it, esp my daughter. Very thoughtful, great activity for us & the cookies are delicious too. At night, Pak Edy (our butler for the day) delivered a plate of fresh fruits, a perfect supper to end the day. The pool is great, max 10 person during pandemic, they have jogging track and pretty garden next to the pool. We love it. Breakfast was another great experience, all Arts cafe staff are spectacular. Pastries are awesome. The Chef should be proud of it.
Smooth check out, they kindly gave us brownies in a box with pink ribbon on it - and no doubt it tastes delicious. Overall this is a great staycation and we will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

If your looking for a luxury hotel in Jakarta, then you won't go wrong with Raffles

The rooms are well furnished and large and have a luxury feel.

Breakfast and Room Service is of a very high standard

The Pool area is quiet and has good facilities.

The only issue would be the lack of decent restaurants and bars, the main restaurant is quite stale and the writers bar is always quiet and seems like an after thought, but due to the location there are many decent restaurants and bars close by.

Last but not least the staff service is excellent.

I stayed at Raffles Jakarta during mandatory 5 days quarantine upon returning from abroad. The overall experience was seamless, I got someone to escort me once past immigration all the way to the pre-booked taxi to the hotel.

During quarantine I was not allowed to go outside of the room, however since I stayed in Artist Suite, I did not feel claustrophobic. The room was very well appointed, spacious, and very luxurious even by 5-star standard.

I chose the deluxe quarantine package but opted to upgrade the room for very special price. Big thanks to Mr. Mexy from reservation team who helped me with this.

The one downside during my stay was the food. Not sure if it was caused due to order made through room service, but I found the taste to be underwhelming, especially the Nasi Goreng which was my favorite food. I tried all kinds of Nasi Goreng available in the hotel and not one suited my taste. The pasta and western food are more palatable though.

Another underwhelming aspect was the wifi. Looks like free wifi was only 5 mbps and it was hard to even do a proper video call. In hindsight, looks like this became the norm in Jakarta's hotel, with higher than 5 mbps was dedicated to premium internet.

All in all it was a wonderful stay during quarantine and I don't think it could get any better (except for the food and wifi). In addition, it also gave a good value for money as well compared to other 5-star hotel in Jakarta

I have stayed in hotels around Jakarta and raffles is by far the best. In terms of hard product and service, they surpass other hotels, four seasons do not even come close.

Their facilities are amazing, well equipped gym, pool, jacuzzi and even tennis courts. The service is top notch. U have a butler to take care of your requests and you reach him/her by text on whatsapp. Room is spacious, clean and modern. I stayed in artiste suite. I love how attentive and detail oriented the hotel is, they even wrap the cables of lamps etc....

The staff are all very accomodating, professional. They deserve every praise I could give them. Keep up the good work and do not hesitate choosing to stay in Raffles.

I love this hotel so much, stayed for quarantined. very clean and their selection of illy capsules & TWG is perfect!

The lighting in the room is amazing, I like the bright hotel room which you can rarely found in any hotels.

The virtual butler took a good care of me and went above and beyond my expectation. They make sure they I was very well taken of. All the staffs are very friendly. All the meals that sent to my room are warm and served in proper plates, well presented and pretty desserts EVERY lunch & dinner. Yes, you read it right!

Had my last bfast by the pool, informed butler to send it to the pool last minute and it took a bit longer, the staff in the pool restaurant offer me tea or coffee while waiting for my bfast, and apologize for the delayed. This shown that she is really aware of her guests, a small little things that matters.

Overall I love this hotel and glad I had chosen the right one. I would definitely be back again.

On weekend i would like to try Raffles Jakarta as my staycation, it was really satisfied me and my mom to staty at Luxury hotel, very nice and big room, friendly staff.I really thank to Raffles team for deliver an excellent services. All the staff has a great gesture and have a nice hospitality i ever had, from the reception name ivan & geo, also a nice service from Raffles Service name Tika & Gery that always gave us a lot of hotel information. Also this hotel really have a quick service for deliver any of my request from Butler(Alex & Hendra), Room service (forget his name) and Housekeeping (Jaja and another one person that i also forget his name since he didn't mentioned it). Currently international visitors that are allowed to enter Indonesia are subject to an obligatory 5-day quarantine stay at a designated hotel. As we had a very positive previous quarantine stay at Raffles we decided to choose Raffles again.
The restriction is that you are not allowed to leave the room for 5 days. However, you are very well taken care. The choices for the 3 meals per day in-room dining are good, food is excellent, and for any other needs just send a WA to the butler service. Response is almost always immediately. The rooms are spacious. The standard room can be partitioned, ideal if you still need to have your online meetings . The suites of course offer even more space. The quarantine package for the Raffles room includes pick up service at the airport, 3 meals a day, optional high tea, 5 free items of laundry per day per person, and 2 PCR tests (at airport arrival and 4th day of the stay).

This hotel has it all. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond with spoiling me. I would totally recommend to upgrade to the suites. The hotel had a promotion on including free unlimited un-alcoholic drinks / butler and suite for an additional $1M IDR per night. Very good value.
There is a sincerity to the staff in all departments.
The breakfast is fabulous. It is more focused on catering for the Asian cuisine, however if you want a western breakfast, all you have to do is ask. They even have pork bacon!
The bar is beautiful downstairs..... if you are a gold Zomato member you can have the package of buy 2 get 2 free.
There is a superb steak restaurant just opposite- Ruth Chris. FYI they do a BYO, defo worth it as there wines are very expensive.
Pool is stunning, the little touches help. Was provided water straight away and asked if I wanted some sunscreen....
Jay is lovely at the pool bar. Very hospitable.

No it’s not. In fact I do not believe any 5star let alone any star Hotel has a 50 metre pool. The average size is a maximum of 25 Myra but can be anything from 10mtrs upwards,
