The hotel condition is fine, rooms are not so big (but enough) with minimalist design. The downside is the tube-bathroom…I really hate it. Too small and the material (it’s made from resin I guess) somehow doesn’t make me comfortable. Also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser needs to be pushed quote hardly. Staffs are friendly. BUT the SOP for pandemics situation is quite loose. When I checked-in, other guest come to the the desk (from other side) not wearing the mask properly (he used it ON THE CHIN). Tried to remind him, he didn’t care. I was disappointed that the reception didn’t anything and still served him as if it very commonly happens. Also found guests smoking and chatting (of course no mask on) at the outdoor restaurant with no social distancing (I can tell they weren’t families). So in conclusion: hotel is fine, strategic location and worth the price yet if u worry abt covid19, don’t stay here.…

if you want to long stay here, its very recommended. Because the price is cheap and youve got full facilities in here (ex: swimming pool & gym) + the price is very make sense for facilities that they have + staff are friendly and very welcome - oh wait.. maybe there is some room with a broken air condition. not cool enough Overall: for your business trip or get some short escaping, this hotel is recommended for you. Affordable prices & good facilities. Thumbs up!

Staffs were very fiendly and we enjoyed the stay very much. Especially, Vesati of Front Office was very kind and she helped us lot to make our stay a perfect one. Unfortunately, because of Covid-19, we could not enjoy their breakfast buffet, but set menus which they provided for us were delicious and we were satisfied from them.

Its a good place to stay during this new normal condition, all operate based on protocol. But litle bit disturb from noisy construction. Overall Staff are friendly from entrance hotel and also front office staff vesati helpful during stay.

I arrived at hotel in the morning, front hotel staff (Nurul Izzati) help me and let us (I and my colleague) early check-in after long trip journey 14 hours driving a car :) . I visited this ibis hotel almost every week, because location is strategic if i want to jakarta or bogor. The Receptionist ( Nurul Izzati ) is served me very well and very helpful hotel guests. Over all this hotel very good, thank you ibis hotel.

I visited this hotel because I have business in that area, the hotel was not too big, the facilities same like the other properties. But I appreciate when I got ac problem on that day, the staff receptionist suggest me to move to the other room immediately, after they can't fix the problem.
