Ambhara Hotel Jakarta is on top of my mind when it comes to an event. On this special occasion of my past birthday, I want to rejoice with my friends in a cozy place along with the broad menu they offer that we're craving for.
I also want to acknowledge the following people who've helped us out to have this experience, Bu Dina (Director of Sales & Marketing) and the staffs, Lovy, Dian and 2 kitchen trainees for their attentive services.

I stayed there for 1 nights in 21st Oct 2020. This hotel is strategic, near from everywhere, especially when you have meeting in South area of Jakarta. Lobby looks fine and clean. The staff are also friendly. I haven't seen even a single seat table chair at the lobby, so you really don’t want to wait for anyone here upon check in or check out. I was given a room #3344. The room are quite large and clean. Even though I had a problem with the room at the first time, luckily Rina the receptionist and the engineering staff that I forgot the name was very helpful and indulgent, she was fast and sincere, when I needed so many things.

Overall is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food Rawon Buntut, I order from room service taste very good. This hotel location is very strategic near Kemang and Blok M area with walking distance to go to nearest MRT station

one of the hotels that has a very strategic location, because it is close to Blok M area. The design is quite old, but for the lobby and restaurant area is very good because it has done renovations. And for food at breakfast is very diverse and delicious, especially for Indonesian food

We get that the hotel is quite old and our expectations were not even that high. We still "cope“ when a centipede came from the cupboard. But don't tell your guests that breakfast time is 0600-1000, when at 0700 your dishes are mostly not ready, omelette station unmanned and not ready, tea was cold. Definitely a no-coming-back for us.

I stayed in Ambhara Hotel Jakarta for one night in their Business Suite room, the room was spacious and comfortable,the hospitality was top notch. I was welcomed with warm and personalized greetings. The person in charge, Ms. Mazlina Ramli and Mr. Diego Ali was professional and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
The food and drinks were also formidable in terms of quality. My personal favorite was Nasi Goreng Ikan Asin, the chef cooked the right amount of vegetable and herbs, creating a bespoke dish and accurately representing “A Touch of Indonesia” in the hotel’s tagline. I would definitely come back and stay again at Ambhara Hotel. Thank you for the hospitality.

This is my second stay at the hotel. I feel that hotel staff keep giving me excellent service. The staffs keep concern on the health protocol. They have new look on their seruni restaurant, it has new terrace where you can enjoy fresh ambience there. For sure I will be back on my next trip to stay at ambhara.

i have been stayed at 6609, the room looks old, the linen looks dirty has spot/stain, i disappointing with the water pressure of shower, its very small and slow i cant get the shower. but the breakfast is good and the staff at reception are friendly. I will come back again to stay at ambhara hotel when having business in this area.

Nice hotel, the suite room is large, near from shopping centre and blok M area, the pool located at 4th floor, its clean and the kids were happy. The breakfast completed and the taste was delicious. The low water pressure need to be attention.
