All good, except for the Bathroom, we had an uncomfortable experience, after using the wash basin and shower, the drainage was not properly running, have to wait before the water was entirely down. The Breakfast is good.

Great property and very friendly staff. The room itself is modern and clean. The children really enjoyed the pool and the kids club. Food during breakfast and at the poolside restaurant was pretty decent and so was the very friendly staff with great attention to details.

Outstanding service, very nice staff, always here to help. The breakfast buffet is one of the finest I have to admit. The pool is huge and very well maintained. There is also a 5 star restaurant called the sea grain worth the move. Thanks for that great stay

The hotel is decent. Okay pool, okay food. The location is indeed central, but it's not a nice neighbourhood. There is nowhere to walk, nothing to do, im sorry to say. I would find another place in a more exciting area.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times before Covid, but my first stay after, last year, was at Le Meridien Jakarta so comparison is between these two hotels. Staff at Doubletree was five star. My room was very average, much worse than the one at Le Meridian. I had to problems finding enough outlets to charge my gadgets. Bathroom was rather mediocre. So, 4 star is an average of 5 for staff and 3 for room. It was a good value pricewise compared to Le Meridian.

The hotel is centrally located in Jakarta with train station near by. We were impressed with the cleanness, modern and attentive staff. The breakfast was exceptional with various choices and make to order stations. The dining room staff were extremely helpful and very thoughtful. One day I made a casual comment about the kiddy’s pancake was cute. The next day they surprised me with a Mickey mousse pancake written “have a wonderful day!” It was a sweet and thoughtful surprise. I felt the staff were genuinely care about our wellbeing and eagerly waiting to help. If you are looking for a clean, well managed hotel with thoughtful staff, Double Tree by Hilton Diponegoro is the one!
