Saya menginap bersama dengan keluarga saya selama 5 hari dan 4 malam disini, sesuatu yg saya tunggu2 karena semenjak 2015,saudara saya menikah di DoubleTree, baru x ini saya kesampaian untuk menginap disini. Ternyata apa yg saya tunggu ini tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi saya(below my expectation) 1.lift parkir Lift parkir ketika anda naik ada sedikit hentakan sebelum lift mulai begerak ke atas maupun ke bawah. 2.Tidak ada petunjuk lobby lift di parkiran basement, bagi yg belum pernah menginap disini pasti akan kebingungan mencari lobby lift. 3.Request Make up room 2x tidak terlaksana sesuai permintaan 4.Telp ke operator untuk request make up room sampai 3x saya tunggu sampai nada putus tidak terangkat sampai saya harus turun ke Front office hanya utk request make up room yg tidak juga dilakukan. Hi... Hello... Is this Hilton already or not ready to be Hilton, I guess doubletree is just like business Hotel not more than that. 5.Leaked AC at front office 6.Food in restaurant were acceptable not many choices and scored 6.8 out of 10 for food taste, but service is 9 out of 10,thank you for Della for assist and make sure my family happy at breakfast, she gave us compliment fruit platter for two days, great job. 7.indigo pool club has run down and no staff there for a while, food also not tasty, plain (we ordered seafood lumpia) and hazelnut iced coffee. 8.Room also make me scary because insulation of the room is not good, I could heard foot steps from room above us, other guest talking from their room and also all the sound in the corridor. Remember this is Hilton 5 stars Hotel but room Insulation not much better than mercure or Harris. 9.dirty cabana at pool side, it's already moldy and very dirty and also no one assist me to cleaned up the mattress. DIY. 10. Only 2 elevator for serving 18 floors building, is this your original sin too put just only 2 guest elevators??? I notice staffs are nice and polite and also helpful Thanks for Evelyne assist my family and give us apologize letter and also afternoon tea and evening cocktail compliment and also want to hear our complaints, also for Aulia, Irvan and also everyone who pay attention to us during our 5 days 4 night stay there. Service is 9 out of 10 but no need to wait until guest complained, remember, you all are Hilton and give service like Hilton class, I am really sorry in my objective opinion, I just can give 3 circles for now, but maybe in the future I think you can do it better. My checkin was very late, 1am and the reception has been very helpful and efficient, room are clean, breakfast is full of option and room rate are also great. Location is in the center of the city yet, the hotel is quite quiet.
Maybe this hotel was the hotel that we always visit each year. The pool was huge and lots of tree, its very calming and yous can forget that you were in jakarta. The room was quite big and properly maintain. But when our last visit on may, my room smell not good, like smelly sewer. So we need call the room service for checking the smell came from. Beside that my room not cold enough comparing other room, since i booked 3 room on this occasion. Maybe next time we can get better room…
Excellent service! all staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is huge with great ambience. Prior booking for the pool is a good effort to limit number of guest inside. And the welcome cookies are tasty :)
Welcome cookies so unique. Breakfast so many varieaty and the taste so yummy. Staff very helpfull and responsive. The protocol also so very good which is very important in this pandemic situation. The last, one of the best pool for my kids to swims for hours.
