I used to frequent Mulia Senayan and I mean FREQUENT. If I can pen 1 word for this review, it would be: Heaven. Our mental understanding of the word itself, speaks for itself. Staff - the warmth of their smile upon check in is like the warmest of embrace by a loved one. Everyone were welcoming and I cannot point out any one in particular when the whole crew made my stay Gold! Premise - it is very well maintained. It is gloriously kept. It is the entry to Heaven's gate. Room - clouds as beds. Comfortable work space. Cozy sofas. Good working everything in the room! Breakfast - the tummy yearned for more but I can only muster that much unless I want to go into oral comatose. In room dining - a very good portion of food served in my room and with timely expectations, 30 minutes promised and true to time. I honestly cannot say anything bad. I have been enjoying myself here for the past 18 years! Be it for my 30th bday. Be it for my mate's parties. Be it for my nephew's wedding. Be it for anything really. So leave your worries behind. Because as I said... When you enter the gates of Heaven, sleep on clouds and treated like a Greek God, you know that for the time you are in the premise you are truly HOME. Shout out to Reservation's Miss Shinta who arranged my stay. Thanks much for this.…
As usual, this hotel gives really great experience. All the staff really helpful. Foods are amazing with affordable price. Me and family really enjoy and less worry even though in pandemic situation, because this hotel runs health protocols very well and detail.
we went to this hotel for 1 days, i really like the menu of breakfast, sushi is the most love the atmosfer and the room. hopefully in the future, the televison is going to be update with the smarttv, so we can watch youtube and netflix :)
Welcome to the only 5* properties in the region where every and each visit get worse and worse. 🤓🤣🤓🤣 Mulia Jakarta clienteles will get to a low point of Mulia Bali in no time with this kind of service. #notracist Came for their famous Sunday brunch (around 90$/pax) when I stayed at Grand Hyatt was the worse decision I have made in my entire visit. 🤣🤣🤣 Not dropping a last name, or any credential for the reservation and seemed like they then entitled for the lamest, lousiest, most horrible service ever given by Mulia. You can see from the pictures, there werent any staffs assigned on my section, made it a warung like service where u need to wave many many times and shouted "Haloooo pakk.. Buu.. Champagne please.. "🤣🤣🤣🤣 Food taste and wine quality was THE WORST of the 5 stars alcohol brunch in the city. Instead of Bollinger that you'll get at any other places alike, you got the cheapskate a** beringer white sparkling. A complete joke considering they reduced alot of food spread too. Their special of the day was a risotto. 😂 who the f*** came out for a risotto for Sunday brunch 😂 😂 😂 they need to bring the previous chef back. And probably considering to put their fb director somewhere else. 😂 the worst FB director I've encountered in my entire life. I happened to see they prepared a very limited Foie Gras at the open kitchen, asked the fb director if i can get one, since the rest was only a let down. Rubbery steak, fishy oysters, and blablabla. I was thinking, they couldn't disappoint me with foie gras right. Until 40 minutes later, my Foie Gras never came 😂 😂 😂 called a service staff, asked if I can get my Foie Gras cause I've ordered with the "big" guy. Then the big guy came to my table, still without a Foie Gras, saw me, so I asked "where is my Foie? " You could never guess his first and only response. .. "ADUH..LUPA!! " LOL . THIS IS A SERVICE U EXPECTED FROM 10$ BRUNCH AT HORISON, not 90$ brunch at Mulia. And this happened on their first Sunday brunch of the year, it can only get worse I could never imagine. Pulled out my last name card, and reminded that we've bought out one of the outlet (bleu8) for my mom's birthday the past year, then I got an apology proposal. Too late. Too cheap. You should be grateful for any full paying guests whom already spent millions of their rupiahs for one time meal during a tough time like this. If it really was the pandemic, maybe don't offer anything when it's not up to your standards. It wasn't the usual Mulia attention to detail and surprising hospitality that we have had in the past. PS : I'll attached some pictures from the past when you used to be good. 🤦🏻♀…
We only had one night here. Check in was very slow so left and went and had lunch (ordered a Caesar salad) small portion and missing a few ingredients- like egg, bacon etc Returned to check in. Still slow but thankfully queue had gone. Tried to charge me 60,000 for taking a deposit off my card. Unnecessary. No other hotel I’ve stayed at charge me such a large amount. Spoke to manager, wasn’t sympathetic and just advised- that’s what we charge! Rooms spacious, good view but need modernising. Pool was fab, comfy sun beds, shame out of all the staff around, not one could come round with a menu or offer whether we’d like to purchase a drink. Had a lovely dinner in The Cafe. Food was excellent. Also they offer a bottle of French Chardonnay for only 450,000. Excellent value for money. Unfortunately they insist you talk through the glass partition on the table, so you have to shout to one another. All other restaurants I’ve been to say it’s optional on whether you want it removed. Breakfast, ok..... Don’t bother ordering cappuccino’s. We had one at dinner, wasn’t drinkable so left it. We thought we’d try another barista at breakfast time- just as bad. Not good enough when it’s 80,000 and at a 5* hotel. Would we visit again? No, not to stay but yes for the dinner time buffet. Oh and when I called the restaurant to book, they told me a completely different price to the bill I got at the end of service. Intentional, I doubt it- but annoyed I had to pay an extra 30% each than quoted. …
