Stayed here for 4D3N- last day of my stay, I requested for a late check out (the receptionist lady did said there will be a fee 50% from my rate) which it's fine to pay and told them would decide later in the evening as we rushed out. When I came back to let them know to reconfirm back again he told me 'tomorrow is fully book we need the room' even after i told them we would pay extra and he didn't even bothered to answer to our question. We had a long day til we saw the massage service in room so I called the operator and asked if there's any availability for the next morning. He told me it was 24/7 service which the early the better since we walked a lot and needed that the most at that time. Booked at 1230AM for two hours and for two person, and that time I realise it was just at 1130PM and I called again if we can do it early as 12AM the guy on the phone said 'yes sure lemme call them to check' - AGAIN WE WAITED TIL I HAD TO CALL THEM AND ASKED --- best part was they called back at 1220AM told us only one person was available to do a massage. I was super pissed, they could have confirmed earlier and not to make us wait like an idiot. Come on, tired as f, need that the most. Apologise and did not offer any other suggestions/solutions. Seriously Ibis, you gotta train these people. Definitely will never want to come back.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the facility. We just stayed here 1 night, and we enjoyed the facility so much. I like the swimming pool and fitness center. The service is excellent especially at the breakfast restaurant and also various breakfast menu.

Ibis Slipi is recommended for me by my former manager and colleagues. But I didn't have chance to stayed until recent business visit. It's strategic location (near toll gate) appeals us and it's name ensure us to has standardized hotel services. However, I found that the check in process take a longer time than I expected.

As a member of Accor Advantage plus program and based on previous experiences, usually i stay at this hotel with some benefits that already well-prepared before I check in. But in the my last stay, no benefits offered or appeared, even I must asked for my welcome drink voucher. Besides that, the room was always clean and neat. Staff were helpful, especially Edwin and Ghina in the Onyx Bar, which were very well in handling the bar customer.
