Upon checkin met irene and vivi, greet us very friendly, also provide about hotel information very detail. we do early checkedin 1pm and stayed at the requested (twin bed non smoking) room with free upgraded by ms Yen. thanks so much. room spacious, for sunday we can do the car free day morning walk. for breakfast Rasa restaurant, comfort food, kids and gerd friendly, nasi goreng java similar 98% our late mother dish. soto lengkap with koya. pak Umar Lutfi recomending his signature beverage earl gray lemon honey, u must try and asking him if you stay at ayana midplaza.. near sudirman city walk, sudirman park also chilax.pak lutfi showed us around pool gym tennis spa also squash area.. for kids activity only during saturday and sunday. complete activities and facility in one hotel. one more, jimbaran lounge is a must visit, they have unique menu.

I am a most regular visitor to the Ayana Midplaza Hotel in Jakarta. Virtually all the staff know my name and when I enter my room the coffee, minibar, sheets, pillows are all exactly as I like them. The hotel has a beautiful interior with a big but still cosy lobby. The rooms are spacious and the beds great. The Internet is fast and the gym and pool are great as is the food. But what really sets Ayana apart is the staff with their professional and warm attitude that are always ready to cater to ones wishes. I want to especially recommend Mrs Vivi the front desk supervisor who has an excellent professional eye for whatever is needed and has a warm personality. Ayana home away from home. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved staying here! Thank you for providing top-notch service and facilities, making it the perfect weekend getaway for my family and me. The hotel feels luxurious yet warm and welcoming. While the room was smaller than I expected, I truly enjoyed the breathtaking view from the 8th floor through the corner windows. I also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly commitment to eliminating single-use plastics in the room amenities.
Breakfast at Rasa was delightful—an impressive variety of food, beautifully presented, and set in such a wonderful ambiance. A special shoutout to Jamal, who greeted and served us with such genuine kindness and hospitality.

June-August'23 visiting Jakarta for a business trip and every trip always stay at Ayana, this hotel is very comfortable from the atmosphere, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and also access to restaurants to street food is very easy to reach, talking about restaurants there are many choices of Japanese restaurants that are very easy to access from the hotel without leaving the hotel. Last comment thanks to Mr. Novindra who was very friendly and very helpful during my stay at Ayana. I have another business trip this month and will stay here again with 4 other people :)
oh ya , nothing is perfect in this world, I have a suggestion about the the room amenities, in the last few visits there was no hair comb, and once got a room with a coffee maker but mostly not (I always book the same room in every visit) and the last maybe it will be much better if the points can be reflect immediately after the payment so I can be use the point for Ayana massage it's very helpful

I have just returned from another fantastic stay at Ayana Midplaza hotel. The hotel continues to be maintained to exceptionally high standards, however its greatest asset is without doubt the incredible staff.
I have been very fortunate to travel extensively, both on business and for vacation, and I always look forward to travelling to Jakarta as this enables me to stay at what has become my favourite hotel: Ayana Midplaza.
The staff of Ayana are incredibly welcoming and hospitable and nothing is ever too much trouble. They really do ensure that guests feel at home. I arrived on 9 January after a long journey from the UK, was warmly welcomed back by front desk who had ensured I was allocated my favourite room, and after a shower I made my way to Jimbaran Lounge for some dinner. I received a warm welcome from Azhari Isti Lufti who remembered me from previous visits. Needless to say I slept soundly that night and every other night as staying at Ayana really does feel like coming home.
Azhari and colleagues provided exemplary service throughout my stay and paid special attention to my guests on the evening I hosted a small business dinner.
Special mention also to the house keeping team who keep the guest rooms and public areas sparkling.

We just visited Ayana Mid Plaza Jakarta for Valentine's Dinner, and our experience was truly amazing!
From the point of view of food, everything is delicious with a quality menu selection and a tasty taste. Each dish is served apically and has a taste that spells the tongue.

One of my go to hotels when staying in Jakarta. In my opinion Ayana provides one of the best all rounder hotels in Jakarta, starting from its cleanliness, facility, location and its staff which is the highlight of the stay. Each staff starting from security, front desk, in room dining staff, house keeping staff and all the staff behind the scene is very friendly and you can find their genuine friendliness in their intonation and choice of word when communicating with clients. Shout out to Mas Rizal from in room dining team for his helpfulness and very communicative.
All right, for a more detailed review: Room: Room is very spacious, you can add an extra bed while not making the room feel claustrophobic and you can easily maneuver across the room easily. The room have undergone renovations which updated the furniture and toilet. Room cleaning service team can be commended as they kept the room clean. The toilet is a japanese style with a complete feature such as seat heater, nozzle which can be adjusted (pressure, temperature, oscillating, etc.) while being intuitive.
Breakfast never disappoints, varieties of cuisine is present ranging from local authentics, japanese, korean and western. Varieties fresh fruit juice is also available for your choosing. And a coffee machine with a takeaway cup is also available for your on the go caffeine fix.
If you crave japanese food, you can cross to midplaza for some of the most authentic japanese food to fill your appetite. Citywalk sudirman is also a short walk away with a variety of cuisine for your choosing. A family mart is also located on the lower ground if you're looking for a snack or coffee, but if you're not in the mood to get out of the room, in room dining from the jimbaran lounge and blue terrace are also available and will satisfy your cravings. Jimbaran lounge tends to provide the classic dishes while blue terrace is more of a modern, healthy and fusion food.

For two nights, December 22-24th, my family was enjoying hotel facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness arena with its state-of-the-art equipment, and especially the breakfast atmosphere with super complete menus ranging from Indonesian, Western, Japanese cuisine and the latest Korean menu. Honestly, breakfast here can make the stomach feel full until afternoon!
Thank you to Mr. Sidik and Mr. Jamal for their friendly and effective service during breakfast. Of course, I don't forget, I also want to thank Mother Arini Sagita, Guest Relations Manager who has been helping to smoothly stay and send her birthday cake. At least but not last, of all the benefits of the facilities and services available, please ask the staff in the jacuzzi area and the sauna to more specifically remind guests not to force into the jacuzzi/sauna when there are already five people in accordingly. The room is well appointed - comfortable, clean, helpful amenities and appliances, I.e. TV, internet, toilet seat, etc are in working order.
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They spoke with ease even though English is clearly not their first language.
For the breakfast buffet, Irfan and the other restaurant managers and chefs took special care to introduce native dishes and make sure all our needs during meal time were met. Their enthusiasm in being of service helped overcome their limited English vocabulary.
I would recommend staying here for both business and pleasure as the hotels staff care for all their customers with warmth and cheer-- and the hotel's location is in one of Jakarta's business centers.
