MaxOne @ Sabang is a good budget hotel for the right value. The staffs are helpful and nice. The location is perfect, you can find traditional indonesian cuisines right on your doorstep, there are 7-11 and convenience stores along the street, the city centre and CBD is less than 20mins walk. The hotel was designed stylishly minimalist. The room is...

This hotel is all about the location. Just a five minute walk from Sarinah, and a short cab ride to Indonesia, it doesn't get much better than this. There are streets with food stalls surrounding the hotel, so good food is always close by, any time of the day/night. The rooms were nice, good bathrooms and I had a nice...

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. What's nice. They have a rainfall shower. What's not great. They have no complimentary drinks nor kettle. Only bottled water. No overhead room light but two small bed lights. So room gets gloomy at night. I had asked for a room away from the street front. And they put me in a room...

Near hotel Indonesia busway station. Surrounded by hawker food stall. It takes 15 minutes to monas. But the room a bit smelly because of smoke from balcony, we should ask the staff for air freshener..

The hotel is located in a lovely area and is at walking distance of nice spots. The staff is super friendly and helped us with several questions. The rooms are small but fully equipped and the bathroom is good. It's a good value for sure and we'd stay there again on our next visit to Jakarta.

I had to stay at 1PM and chose to stay in MaxOne Sabang since i had a great experience at MaxOne Belitong. However the stay was an okay, nothing special, and the room is so small. The staffs were nice and kind enough to assist me at midnight.

I think i'm not the only one who annoyed by the fact that this hotel doesnt have any parking space. However, there are parking areas in front of this hotel owned by the government and costumers have to pay IDR 5K per hour. For one night i have to spent IDR 50K more and completely regret that i already paid...
